They don't even have stock of half the items they promote on the TV screen outside. When asked, I was told that it's available only at other stores and not theirs. Then what's the point of going to this store? SMH. Why even bother advertising unavailable items on their TV outside if they can't even keep their menu consistent across different outlets. Also, the wait time at the counter is ridiculously long, as others have mentioned. This is because the cashier also has to pack, but the packaging supplies aren't on the counter, so they have to run back and forth for each customer.
