Kenangan Coffee represents Indonesia's most successful coffee chain expansion into Singapore, bringing authentic Indonesian coffee culture and flavors to local shores with halal certification and a mission to spread passion for Indonesian coffee beyond Southeast Asia's borders. Originally known as Kopi Kenangan, this rapidly growing grab-and-go coffee chain has achieved remarkable success with over 850 stores across Southeast Asia and holds the distinction of being the first "Kopi Susu Kekinian" to obtain Halal Certification from Majelis Ulama Indonesia.
The coffee chain's signature offering, the Kenangan Latte, features their Creamy Latte blended with black aren (similar to gula melaka) that provides a more pronounced caramel-molasses flavor with a low glycemic index, showcasing Indonesia's rich sugar heritage. Their unique Ice Avocado Coffee combines avocado and milk with espresso to create a creamy, earthy drink with thick and silky consistency that represents innovative Indonesian coffee culture adaptations for modern palates.
With strategic Singapore locations at Raffles City Shopping Centre, Tampines Mall, VivoCity, and Compass One since their 2023 arrival, Kenangan Coffee sources premium beans from Indonesia's finest coffee regions including the lush hills of Dampit, Java, and the vibrant fields of Sidikalang, Sumatra. Their halal-certified operations and commitment to authentic Indonesian coffee traditions have successfully introduced Singaporeans to the sophisticated coffee culture of their neighboring country, bridging cultural connections through shared appreciation for quality coffee craftsmanship.

Worst looking croissant I have ever ordered. I don't know why it's completely flattened. Took a look at the display cabinet then realised they are all like that. Here on a Sunday morning. Hope they improve this as their coffee is good and most affordable among Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and others on this floor in AMK Hub.

No human face, so no service. The staff are hidden behind machines. Food-wise, I've never seen a flatter pie. It had a few bits of tough, dry chicken cubes, was soggy as heck, and contained a few old peas. All I could taste was pepper, and not even black pepper. The coffee was better, but it was chock full of ice, leaving very little actual coffee. I get 200% more value at Starbucks' breakfast combo, and it's cheaper by a dollar too. Atmosphere? Quiet, really quiet, with a lot of empty seats. Not surprised.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere and warmth at this outlet. Today, however, the staff on duty were unfriendly and rude. To specify, two female staff members (one Malay, one Chinese) were working around 6:45 pm. I went straight to the counter to order as I face difficulty with screens due to ongoing eye issues. The Malay staff member approached me and said, “You can order at the kiosk,” to which I replied that I had eye problems and couldn’t order via the kiosk. She then said, “Wait. I have a lot of orders.” So I waited, and then a Chinese staff member showed up asking to take my order. After I paid, she said, “Next time, you can order at the kiosk.” I then explained again that I had problems doing that. She just gave me the receipt without any acknowledgment. Both their tones were rude and condescending. If you’re working in customer service, act like it. Not everyone can order at kiosks; not everyone is able. Is it too hard to take orders? Just employ robots to fill your positions then.
My drink didn’t even take a minute to make! What was the excuse about having too many orders about?

Disappointed with the bad service here, especially the male staff. I wanted to order a tuna puff, but the self-service kiosk showed 'out of stock' (oos), so I ordered a curry puff. To my surprise, I saw a mountain of tuna puffs at the display counter after ordering. I went to the counter to ask the male staff if I could change to tuna and explained the situation. He was SO RUDE! His reply was 'cannot ah!' so aggressively. I explained that the machine showed 'oos' when you clearly had them. He went to check the display counter and the system, I guess, but came back with a 'no' and asked why I still ordered curry puff, as if it was my fault the machine didn't reflect correctly. I asked if I could top up money to change, and he straight away rejected me with 'no'. Super rude staff; maybe he was having a bad day, but that's no way to treat a customer. Perhaps management can consider sending him for customer service training. In the end, the other kind staff (a lady) changed our order to tuna puff for us (thanks!). Such a shame though, the drinks and puffs were pretty good but ruined by the rude staff.

Decent experience here. My only feedback is that your place should consider placing a return tray area. I believe it's obvious that your customers are leaving trays and used cups on tables after they leave. Your staff aren't really clearing these tables up as needed, including the fully filled bin in front of the counter.

I love this store. The lady barista was nice and warm; she greeted and smiled at the customers. I think I will probably revisit again for the service.

Dropped by to get a cold brew while waiting for a shop to open. Tried their Kenangan Latte cold, and it was very good. Creamy and smooth, but not too sweet. The seating is comfortable. Will come again to try other signature drinks.

I can’t comment on the atmosphere, as I’ve always had my orders taken away. However, I’ve ordered from them multiple times, both in person and via delivery apps. Out of over 15 orders, I’ve only had one issue with drink size, which was compensated through the delivery app.
Coffee is decent. The Turkey Quiche is fine. I love their Chocolate Muffin; it's so good. Their banana caramel muffin is nice too.
It’s a coffee chain store, so don’t expect the highest quality of food, but the coffee is satisfying enough that I order it every few days. Get their app if you order frequently; there’s always a 15% voucher for your drink, which is around a $1 discount.
I can’t really comment on the staff either. They don’t talk much, but they do their work.

New outlet of Kenangan at AMK Hub. The area is not spacious, with lots of small tables and chairs. The coffee is smooth and well-blended. They offer a wide range of coffee choices, another great brand for coffee lovers. I will definitely try their hot coffee on my next visit.

Writing on behalf of my mum, this is a long overdue compliment. I just wanted to thank the Malay barista wearing a cap, whom she said was so helpful and patient with her. She came down last Monday and was served by him. He recommended a new drink and even went to her table to check on her. She was just so pleased. Thank you for giving her an awesome day; it means a lot to me.
