I purchased the Chicken Cutlet set, and my honest review is that it was just average. Not recommended, but the price is quite affordable. I do like the original Otah, though. Aside from that, I was also disappointed. I told the staff I wanted 5 otahs, and he did put 5 in the bag. The lady at the cashier heard and acknowledged it. However, when I got home and looked at the receipt, it said 10 otahs! I was a little exhausted when I was there because it was peak hours, and I didn't bother to check my receipt. Therefore, I was charged extra. To all customers, please be mindful and check your receipt!

We purchased 45 sets of the Chicken Cutlet set, and it was just average. The price is quite affordable, and today they included free otah. The chilli is the only thing that truly elevates the whole nasi lemak. Overall, it's great. We ordered from them and used Grab Express for delivery.

On two recent occasions, I tried buying from them after work for my family, and both times they were sold out of what I wanted – the chicken wing set. They were sold out and didn't replenish, even though it was just around 7 pm?
While I don't expect world-class service, I suppose it's not too outrageous to expect courtesy. Both times, the boy just stood near the fryer staring without acknowledging me until I asked or called out to him.
And surely, slamming my order down on the table, both at the counter for my otahs and the collection counter for my packed food, is a tad bit rude, in my opinion.

The nasi lemak lunch boxes come in various combinations, including chicken wing, crispy chicken, chicken cutlet, breaded fish, ebi tempura, ngoh hiang, omelette, and more. The sambal chilli and fish otah are really good. I also like the pre-packed ikan bilis, which I often mix with noodles, porridge, and rice. The only thing that puts me off is that some of the staff speak only Chinese.
