Makisan Admiralty customer service recovery 10/10!! I bought a Little San during their busy period and they forgot my order. I waited close to 30 minutes, but they were extremely apologetic about it. They prepared my order as quickly as they could and even gave me a free drink! I would like to thank the workers there – a guy and two ladies – for doing such excellent customer service recovery! The staff were very accommodating to my son's allergies. He really wanted a Salmon Says sushi roll, but he's allergic to prawns, so they removed the ebi roe and replaced it with avocado. They also swapped out the spicy wasabi mayo for Japanese mayo. He loved the concoction.

No mood for "Gone Fishing" today. Instead, I had the usual "Eelin Happy" with a generous portion of veggies. Hmm, are you feeling happy after eating it? My tummy is! Haha. I've never had any issues with the staff; they are usually nice and friendly. I would have given 5 stars if dine-in was an option.
