Rude counter service staff at the Admiralty branch. The two Malay staff were busy talking and laughing with each other. When I wanted to order, their demeanor changed, and they attended to me with grumpy faces as if I had "interrupted" their conversation. The Malay staff member who served me even raised her voice. Seriously, you don't need this type of rude staff in your outlet. I suggest sending all of them for a basic manners course. If they want to chit-chat, they might as well not work there.

Given the price, the staff should be more generous with the toppings. I don't mean the salmon, unagi, or other premium toppings, but the normal ones like kimchi and mushrooms. Every time, I'm left with a mountain of soba/lettuce after finishing the toppings. I will not spend this amount on Makisan if there are other salad stalls nearer.

The service at the Oasis Terrace outlet is very, very bad. They are mainly focused on Grab/Panda food orders. All walk-in customers are ignored and forgotten about. We walked in to order and waited 30 minutes for our rolls. When we asked the staff, they didn't even respond, just kept their heads down continuing to make their rolls. We had to ask a fourth time just to get a head-down response. They didn't even bother to look at us when answering. What type of service is this? We know you're busy, but is it so hard to give a simple answer with eye contact to your customer, which takes less than a minute of your busy time? Will never go back there again! Anyway, no loss for you; you have plenty of Grab/Panda orders. Walk-in customers are small profit, yeah. @.@

Employees did not realize the person ordering was a student, even though the school name was big and visibly printed at the center of the shirt. The school has also existed for over 100 years. So, the employee needs to focus more on the job and be more observant.
When reminded that she forgot to input the student offer into the system, she merely said, ‘But I already input already leh’. So maybe the system is also a bit bad.

The staff were very accommodating to my son's allergies. He really wanted a Salmon Says sushi roll, but he's allergic to prawns, so they removed the ebi roe and replaced it with avocado. They also swapped out the spicy wasabi mayo for Japanese mayo. He loved the concoction.

No mood for "Gone Fishing" today. Instead, I had the usual "Eelin Happy" with a generous portion of veggies. Hmm, are you feeling happy after eating it? My tummy is! Haha. I've never had any issues with the staff; they are usually nice and friendly. I would have given 5 stars if dine-in was an option.
