The auntie serving customers was rude. The staff also did not know or inform me that the ice cream had finished. They took all my other orders, so I was forced to make payment when all I was craving for was the ice cream. They also had an issue with me taking two straws and kept one back without informing me.

Today I was there at 7:15 PM on December 8th, and there was no supervisor! Two kids made a big mess, and it was very dirty. Sugar syrup was all over the table and counter. The sugar syrup container was not closed, which is unhygienic! With a virus going on, they are very dirty!! Please do something about it.

I had an unpleasant experience with a young part-time staff member who assisted me with my orders. Unfortunately, her tone and attitude were quite rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I would suggest evaluating her customer service skills before considering her for a permanent role, as such behavior can negatively impact a customer's experience. Rudest staff I ever encountered on 9 May at 7pm. Edwina gave me a rude nod to ask for my order and didn't even greet or prompt me, expecting me to understand that the nod was her way of asking. As I had a relatively large order and three bags to carry, she packed the first item and then used her hands to 'shoo' the bags, rudely signaling me to take them away faster. I was just waiting for her to finish packing everything, but I guess her impatience got the better of her. Additionally, she kept asking me to take the straws myself in a very rude manner. It wasn't that I expected her to take them for me, but her overall attitude was unnecessary. I am disappointed that Edwina did not place customer service of any importance, which leads me to not want to visit the store again.

I was at the store this morning and was served by a young lady. When I ordered the beancurd, I noticed she was scooping the leftover beancurd from the bottom. When I got back, I noticed the beancurd was all mushy and in small pieces, so I had to throw it away.
