I preferred Crolo, please bring it back. Most of these buns and cakes at Toast and Roll are too similar to those already available at Swee Heng Classic at Our Tampines Hub. Crolo was my go-to for halal croissants, both sweet and savoury ☹️

For the second time, there was absolutely no customer service from the staff. Today (5/2/2025), there was no one in the queue when I was checking for items to order. One staff member was outside, taking pictures of the display, and I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. The staff member went back inside and appeared 'busy' with other bakes. While I was standing there, she proceeded to take another person's order who had just arrived, while I had been waiting for the past five minutes.
When she finally attended to me, she looked annoyed and proceeded to punch in my orders. While doing so, she took out her phone and answered a call while I was still waiting for my transaction to be completed. She didn't even put down the phone while serving my bag.
Very unprofessional and rude. The last time was the same, but that was during peak hour. Today, it was empty. Very disappointing.
