Hmmm… interesting creations!! BUT - the chiffon cakes - it says they must be kept refrigerated at 5°C, BUT they are sitting out in the open air by the entrance, not in a refrigerated space, and the mall space is not even air-conditioned!!

Tried their waffle today. The lady staff with light brown tattooed eyebrows took my order, and she was alright. I had to repeat my order twice for some reason, though. It was my first time ordering their waffles, so I didn't know where to stand or what to do, and she didn't do anything but just stare at me. Zero customer service, actually. But okay, I got my waffles in the end, and they're not really that good, especially when they cost $2.70. In my opinion, go to the store selling Nyonya desserts at B1 instead if you want waffles that are affordable and nice!

As much as the waffle and bread are tasty, a business can definitely be ruined by its staff. I went 3 times because I really love their waffle. Both staff members (the lady with black-rimmed glasses and the other lady in charge of making waffles) were very unprofessional and rude, with zero customer service and bad attitudes. By the way, the signboard shows waffle time from 9 am to 8 pm, but if you reach there at 7:30 pm, they will tell you no more orders. In this case, please change your signboard so you don't confuse your clients. Shitty service from the staff is killing your business.

The official page states closing time is 10pm, but I arrived at 9:33pm, hoping to buy a cake. However, your staff rejected my purchase, saying they had already completed the day's settlement. If you are unable to operate until the stated closing time, please update your closing hours to an earlier time to avoid wasting customers' trips.

The breads are okay, but the service could have been improved. The handling of the bread was quite rough, and all the fancy toppings/decorations got ruined. I gave feedback on the spot when she was roughly handling the bread, but it wasn't taken seriously. She just kept flipping the bread in the plastic trying to 'fix' it, but actually ruined it even more. There's no point in your shop creating a fancy new bread type when the handler ruins it, and honestly, it made it unappetizing to eat anymore.

There's a variety of bread and cakes here. The bread looks creative, and the shop is also quite creative, but the prices are a bit pricey, starting from $2.40. The space is also quite small. Overall, it's okay.

One of the best bakeries in Singapore. I think all the 1-star reviews were from quite a while ago, because I frequent this bakery often and they are always kind to me. Their bakes are also delectable. The variety is astonishing, and they have so many unique and innovative sweet and savoury pastries. I especially LOVE their shio pan; the bread is damn good and soft while crisp on the outside, which is a texture I am in love with. Super buttery and the salt on top is so good, and only for $2.20! I love every single cheese bread they have there, and they've gotten really creative with their recipes! There aren't just ham and cheese croissants like from your usual bakeries; there's high-calcium honey cheese bread, cream cheese toast, Hokkaido burnt cheese toast, etc. So, so good. I'm on a mission to try everything in the store. I have yet to try their waffles because their shio pans and cheesy breads are so good! They are really filling as well, and the textures are truly incredible. Highly recommend! Cakes are also always looking fresh. One thing though is that I think they may have discontinued their bagels. I used to always buy them during the daytime, but they are not there anymore, or maybe it's because I either go too early or too late, haha. If there are bagels, I recommend you try those also! Super soft and chewy, which I love!!! Best bakery ever. Love that it's near my house; please don't ever close down.
