Ordered an Iced Soy Chai Latte, and the first one that came out tasted like water. It was utterly disgusting. I noticed they filled the cup with ice, like a mountain. I sent it back and requested a new one. The replacement came out even worse than the first. It tasted like soy milk with no hint of chai at all. I told them they could have the drink for themselves. The lady at the counter was nice about it and offered for me to pick a new drink, but I rejected.

Spanking new and a quiet place for an early dine-in breakfast on weekdays. Clean and tidy too. Hope they maintain that. Full CBT menu here, so it's the newness they get ratings for!

One coffee was supposed to be iced, but I guess Mira didn't hear. Also, it felt like we were ordering from a robot.
Both pastas were not hot, or just slightly warm. The cream pasta was tasteless.
I remember when Coffee Bean used to give free iced water in a regular plastic cup if we asked for it. That made a whole world of difference on a hot day. How expensive is it really to provide a regular cup of iced water? Surely the price of a regular latte is high enough to cover the cost of an extra cup of water. Now they just give the small sample cup of tap water.

Nice ambience and private setting, which is why I like to come here to chill. However, today's food was bad, or perhaps it was my fault for choosing to eat here instead of just drinking. My English Breakfast latte looked pathetic, with foam covering only 1/4 of the cup. The taste was still the same, though. My honey mustard chicken croissant looked sad. The hash brown in the breakfast platter was hard as a rock and appeared overcooked. The staff, as usual, lacked customer service, which I've noticed since I frequented here more in 2022 due to my kid's lessons. But it's the food quality that made me write today's review. I hope to see better food quality the next time I come.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing.
Despite the café being nearly empty, it took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. That was already frustrating, but what happened next was even worse.
Not even an hour into our visit, a server came over and checked our receipt, telling us we had exceeded the 1-hour seating limit.
There were plenty of empty tables, and we clearly weren’t holding anyone up. To make it worse, other customers nearby had been there longer, yet no one else was approached or checked.
The double standard felt blatant and discriminatory. It left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. Please review your customer service.

It is a nice place with ample, well-spaced tables that offer privacy. It's also a 24-hour joint and apparently rather quiet after working hours. The service is a bit slow compared to other chain stores, probably because there were only two staff. What I liked was the breakfast menu. Ironically, the coffee for this chain is rather bad, especially for a coffee house. Today, my latte tasted like over-extracted robusta beans rather than arabica beans; it was bitter and sour. Although I know this chain's coffee is one of the worse in town, today's one sort of took it to another level.

The outlet feels big and clean, with a robot that goes around to collect dirty plates and utensils. The barista provided great service (she was wearing a tudung but I didn't catch her name). She seemed busy but showed efficiency and customer focus; a gem. I like the coffee, especially the daily brew. I think the food tastes better than Starbucks, with more variety. I wouldn't say it tastes exceptional, but it appears to be very good value for money for a coffee chain. Thank you to the team that creates this daily experience for patrons; you make an impact!

Not the best carrot cake I've eaten, but it was one of the better ones. My wife ordered the lychee mint tea, and it was fruity and refreshing. I ordered the hot vanilla milk, which was a good replacement for coffee. This place was huge with many tables available.

This is a very comfortable Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet, open 24 hours a day. You can come any time to have some bites with their all-day breakfast, enjoy some nice cakes for a sugar rush, or simply have their great coffee and tea selections.

To start off, this is a "new" outlet of CBTL (actually it's just next to the former one), having taken over the former POSB bank location.
The outlet is bright, cosy, spacious, and nicely decorated with lots of greenery, creating a very cosy and soothing ambience. The sofa seats were comfortable.
We came here for our tea break after shopping nearby. As usual, we ordered the tuna sandwich and a latte, as they were having a 50% promotion. We also got the matcha and chai latte.
And wow, the food and drinks were consistently good. Nice, yummy, and the latte was very flavourful and thick! Service was a little slow, as there were only two staff at the counter (one taking orders and payments, the other prepping drinks), possibly with another 1-2 staff in the back prepping food. But it was fine.
What made this outlet different from the rest was the moving robot, designed to allow diners to return their trays and used plates/cups there (instead of walking all the way to the counter). That's cool and quite interesting!
We loved this place and feel it's the best among all the CBTL outlets we have visited so far!
Highly recommended.
