With over 70 locations across the country and complete MUIS halal certification at all outlets, this Los Angeles-born chain has successfully adapted to Singapore's diverse dining landscape while maintaining its commitment to quality and inclusivity. The brand's dedication to serving both Singapore and Malaysia with halal-certified beverages and food demonstrates their understanding of the region's cultural and religious diversity, making premium coffee experiences accessible to all communities.

The extensive beverage menu showcases the brand's expertise in both coffee and tea craftsmanship, featuring their signature Ice Blended® drinks like the Ultimate Mocha and Salted Caramel varieties starting from $9.80, alongside carefully curated latte options including Vanilla Latte and Matcha Green Tea Latte from $8.90. Their tea selection spans seven distinct categories—Green, Black, Oolong, Herbal Infusion, Decaffeinated, Flavored, and Tea Master's—ensuring there's a perfect brew for every preference. Beyond beverages, their halal-certified food menu includes breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, cakes, and pastries, creating a comprehensive café experience that serves customers throughout the day.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's success in Singapore stems from their ability to provide a premium coffee house experience in a Muslim-friendly environment, filling a crucial niche in the local F&B market. Unpleasant experience at CBTL Lot One! If you see a customer waiting to place an order, shouldn't you attend to them instead of chit-chatting and taking your time? That's what staff Lana and Nora were doing. Also, please teach staff Lana the difference between NETS and credit card payments. I clearly mentioned NETS payment, but she made me tap my card for credit payment TWICE. I've worked at a coffee shop, and it's really not hard to differentiate between credit and NETS payment. Furthermore, if you want to discuss customers, do it discreetly or, even better, tell them to their face! Not Lana going to Nora to talk about their customers.

Look at the cake fallen on the side. And the cappuccino looked like muddied frothy milk. The service staff spilled the coffee all over the place, and I had to complain before he cleaned up the dirty cup and replaced the saucer. Oh, and the cappuccino tasted so watery. What kind of a low-quality coffee joint is this?

Located at Lot One, travel via the North South MRT red line and alight at Choa Chu Kang. The outlet is right at the exit. Coffee Bean is on Level 1 of the Lot One mall. The design of this outlet is great, but unfortunately, they have implemented a policy where dine-in customers are NOT allowed to use laptops or tablets. Ironically, I observed dine-in customers bringing out books to read or study, and even using mobile phones, but just no tablets or laptops. I'm unsure of their intention with this restriction. The attitude of their employees at this outlet is distasteful. I hope the management will look into this. Coffee Bean used to be my go-to choice as their coffee selection suits my taste better than Starbucks. After encountering such an implementation at this outlet, I turned around and walked right out of the mall, heading across the road to Starbucks, where they have ample space. They have plenty of tables for laptop use and book reading, though they also have a NO studying policy. Compared to Starbucks, which is more understanding and flexible, this is so unexpected from Coffee Bean.

28 Dec 2023 Ordered the breakfast waffle platter and Eggs Benedict. The waffles were dry and tasteless, and the scrambled eggs were also dry and tasteless (McDonald's scrambled eggs are 100% better). The Eggs Benedict was way too runny, with the bread soaked in a sea of runny egg. I gave feedback to the staff about the waffles, but they didn't seem to care much, replying with "oh ok". Honestly, I've never tasted such horrible waffles, which is why I'm giving such strong feedback. This isn't my first time having breakfast at Coffee Bean, but this is the worst branch experience I've had. Total $37. Utterly not worth it.

Heavenly coffee and tea beverages with plenty of Western delights including sandwiches, pastries, cakes, pies, puffs, salads, croissants, sausages, breakfast platters, brioche, and croquettes. Love the unique nitro cold brew coffee. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, tender, loving, and skillful cooking, along with warm service. The spacious, air-conditioned lounge offers free Wi-Fi and a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating for surfing the web. Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland of Lot One, it's a short walk via a covered pathway to Choa Chu Kang MRT and bus interchange, with plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community centre, and amenities nearby. A friendly, cosy, comfy, and welcoming ambience for romantic couples, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

Located on level 1 of Lot 1 Mall. The menu is standard across all outlets. Service was good; the staff who took my order was patient and polite. The place was kept clean and tidy. It's a great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The merchandise was well displayed and neatly arranged. Overall, the experience was great. I would definitely be coming to this outlet more frequently.

Big store with many seats. It's not crowded in the morning, but gets a bit crowded from the afternoon onwards. They play Class 95FM music. The menu doesn't have many new items. Many people come here to relax and study. There are many staff and the service is fast.
