The absolute worst outlet of Coffee Bean EVER! Aside from an extremely rude part-time manager and flies, they had the gall to tell me the Swedish berries tea does not come in a hot version. (I have ordered it many times, hot, from other outlets). They then said if I want a hot tea, I'll have to order the pomegranate instead. This review is not based on one visit but at least three, with consistently terrible service.

For an outlet that has hardly any customers waiting in line, the service by Huma is terrible. Instead of starting my order, she spent 10 minutes opening bags of powder to fill her empty containers. When I asked how long it would take, she took out a container of premade coffee to blend with ice for me. She made me wait for nothing. A customer came in wanting to buy their limited edition cups, and received no welcome acknowledgement. The customers left after being ignored.

What's the use of putting a limit of 50 minutes dining time when the store manager doesn't bother to take any action on it, especially when customers are waiting outside for a long time? One customer requested a cup refill with water twice. The staff is seen acknowledging the queue, but the manager takes no action. This is happening on a weekend. Great!

I was walking near Northshore beach and discovered this perfect and peaceful place to relax after a tiring day. I decided to write a review because I fell in love with the Cookies Crumble I was drinking. I also enjoyed the Sausage & Eggs platter with Shokupan Toast; I really liked its taste. This Coffee Bean outlet is very quiet, making it perfect for meetings and discussions. I believe it's a great place for an Insurance Agent to bring a future client. It's not very crowded. I will definitely come back when I visit Northshore. If you're looking for something hot, cold, or even a refreshing drink, do drop by The Coffee Bean. It's located right beside Anytime Fitness and opposite Giant Supermarket. Just a small note, this Coffee Bean outlet is not 24 hours; it closes at 10:00 PM, with the last order at 9:30 PM.
