Location: NEX Date: 12 July 2025, 14:29:31 What happened: ➔ The cashier accused ME of "not pressing the 1-for-1 option" during the transaction (your system, your responsibility!). ➔ Then I was told, "there is nothing that we can do." ➔ Result: My wife had no lunch. Why this is unacceptable: ✅ Staff blamed the customer instead of solving the problem. ✅ Zero effort to correct their mistake (voiding/re-ringing? Manager override?). ✅ Dismissive service destroyed trust. Management: Train staff to handle errors and empower them to FIX ISSUES. "Nothing we can do" is lazy and loses customers. Avoid this location until they improve training.

I ordered Mama Phad Kee Mao but was given pineapple fried rice instead. I didn't check as my hands were full, and the lady cashier who took my order signaled to me that my food was ready. So I expected the food to be correct. I was also overcharged as pineapple rice is much cheaper than what I ordered. Totally disappointed, and my dinner was ruined.

To Tuktukcha, Since our dating days until now, we've enjoyed eating at Tuktukcha. When we don't know what to eat, we always come here for comfort food. We are happy to see the menu has been extended, but we feel quality and quantity play a big role too. I spent $10 on seafood tomyum pasta that only had 3 pieces of prawn. It didn't even taste like tomyum . When we asked the staff, they said it's supposed to only have prawns. Then don't call it seafood pasta laa.. Even my husband's green curry wasn't green; it was creamy white, and the coconut milk taste was too strong. We were so disappointed :( We also used to love the chocolate latte because it wasn't too diluted and you could taste the chocolatey flavor well, but that day it was already diluted by the time we received it. We hope the R&D team can look into this to ensure price, quality, and quantity are well maintained and balanced. Considering it was dinner time and the place was full, we waited patiently, expecting good food. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the dessert. Thank you

Doesn’t taste like Thai food at all; it felt like I was eating Chinese food. Especially the “Tom Yam” Maggi. Tom Yam is supposed to be sour, a little sweet, and salty. But this Tom Yam just tastes like salt water. Is the soup made with instant noodle MSG seasoning plus salt? The good thing is they are generous with ingredients. The fried rice is okay, tastes typical. However, the total price for both is $20. I'm not sure if it's worth the price for this kind of taste. Come here if you want to eat Chinese “Thai” food rather than authentic Thai food.

The green curry was so good—creamy, spicy, and super flavorful! The Shibuya toast was crispy outside, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweet. Loved the milk tea too, super smooth and not too sweet. It totally hit the spot!

First time trying the food here. I ordered cashew nut chicken with rice and beef noodles. The food was tasty, and the portion size was just right. Ordering is done via kiosk, and your number will appear on the screen when it's ready for collection. There wasn't much interaction with the staff, but overall, it was all good. I'll come back to try other menu items.

(+) Food is great. Love the Shibuya toast, which is super crunchy and buttery. (+) Service is good too. I always request no seafood in my Phad Thai, and so far, there have been no wrong orders. (=) The place is generally clean. However, due to poor ventilation, it can be quite smoky at times.

The menu selection at TTC Treasures features popular Thai delights like fried noodles/rice and rice bowls. We ordered the Treasure sets, starting from $12. The Phad Thai came with a new Thai oat milk drink, and the Sweet & Sour fish with rice was paired with a refreshing and addictive Thai green milk tea. The side dish of Thai Chicken wings was lovely, with a nice glaze and tender, delicious meat. We finished off with Pandan Taro Kaya Shibuya toast! The not-too-sweet coconut ice cream complemented the dessert sauce and crumbs well.

No frills, nice, and good enough to warrant repeated dine-in or take-away. The freshly cooked halal Thai food is not bad tasting. It's not the best in town, but it's value for money and a quick fix to satisfy your craving compared to going to a Thai restaurant.
