Very disappointed. They only gave me the box, and the plastic bag costs 10 cents! If you don't provide plastic bags for free, shouldn't you at least design a handle on the box? I will never come back. Not recommended.

Mediocre cupcakes that are overpriced. I wouldn't buy them for myself, but since my friend bought them for me, I gave them a shot. The cream is full of coloring and sugar, so I'd rather spend my calories on other desserts.

Overpriced, and not at all the real deal. The cake itself and the icing were just pathetic. How could this place even survive, seriously.

Very sorely disappointed. Is there even any real butter or dairy cream used in the cream or cake, or is it just a chemical concoction? I haven't had this in a while and ordered it for delivery for my family while I was away overseas. When I came back three days later, only three out of twelve were consumed; no one wanted any more. They were really just sweet yet bland in flavour.

Dear Twelve Cupcakes team, It is with great dismay that I have to write this. I had an extremely disappointing day, which happened to be my birthday on 11 July 2022. My husband had pre-ordered a chocolate cake from the Heartland Mall outlet, and had scheduled the collection for 11 July. On the morning of 11 July, around 9am, he received a call from a staff member from HQ informing us that the Heartland Mall outlet was closed due to a staff member contracting Covid. He was told he could collect the cake from the nearest outlet at Nex, anytime. Around 10am (opening hour), my husband arrived at Nex, while I waited at home with our 4-month-old baby. The outlet was closed, and no staff were seen. For the benefit of doubt, he waited until about 10:30am for your staff to open the outlet, but to no avail. We proceeded with the birthday celebration during lunch at my parents’ place, without a cake. My husband then assumed that the Nex outlet would be open in the afternoon. Again, he travelled all the way to Nex around 2pm. To his surprise, the outlet was still closed. He also travelled to Hougang One to discover that outlet was also closed. He eventually contacted your company via WhatsApp Business to enquire about the service lapse, before securing a promised cake delivery by 5pm as a form of ‘service recovery’. (The cake arrived with free cupcakes at 5:10pm, but the flavour was wrong). The question is, why didn’t anyone contact him to inform him of the closure of the Nex outlet so that he did not have to make the trip down twice? I'm also unsure why so many outlets were closed. I am just pretty upset at the moment that my poor husband had to waste his morning and afternoon trying to get hold of a cake. And my family had to carry on with their plans at 3pm as the cake was nowhere to be seen. Kindly look into the way your operations are being run, as there is certainly room for improvement. I truly hope there wouldn’t be similar episodes for other customers. Thank you.

Nice service and good taste. It's best for vegetarians as you can get eggless cakes. You can also order any flavour you want, but with 3 days' advance notice. The pastries are expensive but good.

I came on New Year's Eve at 9:55 PM for a last-minute gift, and Joey was extremely helpful. She even kept the payment line open for me at the last minute and offered a complimentary cake. I'm extremely grateful for her being there; 2025 would have been ruined without her! I hope to see more people like her out there!
