I tried to buy two cupcakes for my 2-year-old as a special treat this morning. The staff were not only incredibly rude and unwelcoming (they couldn't smile or even look at me when I tried to order), but they also refused to give me a paper bag to put them in, so I simply walked away. Apparently, you have to buy a cookie to receive a tiny little takeaway paper bag. I am heavily pregnant and was on my own with a toddler; I simply wanted to put them in my bag for later as I had no hands free. Obviously, a paper napkin wasn't going to work. Terrible service.

Customers are advised NOT to buy sliced cakes from the shelf display. Please check if they are fresh. A friend bought a cake from this shop, and it was super hard, as if it had already expired after 3 days. I do not recommend buying sliced cakes from them. Drinks such as coffee, milkshakes, and smoothies are NOT prepared following SOPs. Cupcakes, ice cream, and bottled drinks are okay to consume. Staff are not in proper uniform. Can they wear sandals/slippers? And short skirts?
