My colleague's birthday, so I thought to buy a box to celebrate and pick up to choose nice flavours. At the shop during pickup, I saw that Foodpanda had a 20% off, so I told the lady I would pay through there. She was obviously unhappy and told me Foodpanda orders couldn't be picked up. I don't know what she wanted me to do then – put back the 3-4 pieces I had already chosen or just pick a box? She wasn't clear, so I continued to choose. However, when I reached the bus stop, she obviously hadn't slotted the five cupcakes in well, and they were all overturned. I had to pick them up one by one and slot them back. Not exactly a great feeling, and sorry for the birthday boy.

Horrible service. I asked a question and was told off very rudely that it's 'all there' and 'already told you'. If it's all there, then why in the world would I ask? There wasn't even a crowd, so I wasn't holding up a line or anything. I was taken aback by the nasty cashier. So unnecessarily rude. Will never patronise again.
