I was there earlier at the Bugis outlet. I need to raise feedback about the Indian man at the counter who was serving me. I tried out the three pieces of cakes of different flavours that were on promo, at 3 for $12. I chose one of each flavour. When I requested nicely if I could change one of the same item (the same cake), the man provided disgusting service, as if I owed him money. I just want to say a few words to this Indian man who served at the counter: I understand if you do not like it, but this is service. If you do not have a passion for service, please go back and don't work here, because service comes from the heart. Don't give me that look as if I owe you any money. Please bear in mind, if you don't like what you are doing, go home. After all, sweet cupcakes are way too salty because of your disgusting service.

The cupcakes have inconsistent sizing and texture, with some being crumbly inside. Standards seem to be dropping.

They make possibly the best cupcakes in town. Not the cheapest place to buy cupcakes, but if you are looking for quality, Twelve Cupcakes doesn't disappoint.

A perfect example of how a little well-executed customer service goes a long way. There's a lot of choice at this mall, so when looking for a cake for a friend's birthday, I was a bit overwhelmed. I was impressed that the customer service staff member (unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he's in the photo) knew the key ingredients of the red velvet cheesecake and was able to convincingly figure out if it was right for us. The main question was: 'Do you like cheese?' It's not rocket science, but it was a welcome change after some pretty average or below-average service from other similar places. The actual cheesecake was tasty, with a thin layer of red velvet cake and a nice biscuity base. It had a rich cheese taste but wasn't too sweet. It's not the cheapest place, but overall, I feel like we got what we paid for.

Bought these cakes from Twelve Cupcakes Bugis Junction. They were decently priced and tasted really good! They were small enough to eat as desserts after a meal. The service staff here was efficient and provided good service! Edit: Bought some more cakes, so adding more pics.

I'm thankful to my helper who always takes good care of my family. This beautiful small cake will make her happy. Surprisingly, the cake is not too sweet. I purchased more than $20 and earned capital points, which can become a cash rebate. Happy to spend money here as I can earn capital points. Overall, the cake is not too sweet, but it is average. For people with diabetes, please control your sweet intake. ❤️
