Today I went to collect the mini cupcakes with a free voucher, and had to bear with the lady asking why I had to collect on the last day of the expiry date. Even worse, she gave me the wrong cake.

I've always loved indulging in the Overload Chocolate Cookies from Twelve Cupcakes—the sheer richness, the abundance of chocolate chips, and that perfectly gooey texture make them irresistible. However, today was a disappointment. The cookies seemed overbaked and grainy, lacking the usual decadence. Unfortunately, I bought two, knowing they were likely from the same batch. I don't think I'll be returning for them anytime soon. PS: bought/ordered via Grab.

They have a neat promo of 3 mini cakes at $10, with decent choices to choose from. It's good if the gentleman is serving you, as he is nice and helpful. However, if you get the Malay lady, she is grouchy and unwelcoming, making your sweet dessert affair a bitter one!
