My colleague's birthday, so I thought to buy a box to celebrate and pick up to choose nice flavours. At the shop during pickup, I saw that Foodpanda had a 20% off, so I told the lady I would pay through there. She was obviously unhappy and told me Foodpanda orders couldn't be picked up. I don't know what she wanted me to do then – put back the 3-4 pieces I had already chosen or just pick a box? She wasn't clear, so I continued to choose. However, when I reached the bus stop, she obviously hadn't slotted the five cupcakes in well, and they were all overturned. I had to pick them up one by one and slot them back. Not exactly a great feeling, and sorry for the birthday boy.

Very disappointed. They only gave me the box, and the plastic bag costs 10 cents! If you don't provide plastic bags for free, shouldn't you at least design a handle on the box? I will never come back. Not recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience at Twelve Cupcakes YewTee Point! Michelle was very warm, friendly, and attentive. She patiently waited for me to decide, even though it took a while. Her cheerful attitude made the visit extra enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customer service, and Michelle definitely made my day sweeter, just like the cupcakes!

They make possibly the best cupcakes in town. Not the cheapest place to buy cupcakes, but if you are looking for quality, Twelve Cupcakes doesn't disappoint.

Delicious cakes. It's hard to find this creamy and rich flavour in cakes these days. The cake to cream ratio is great. Other shops use too much cream, and it's not even good. The cream at Twelve Cupcakes is sweet and buttery, and the sponge of the cakes is fluffy yet moist. Great service by the staff on 02/04/2025 at 8:30 pm.

At first, I was confused because there were more than 12 cupcakes, but after this initial surprise, I had a glorious experience. My triple chocolate cookie was like eating the offspring of Muhammad Ali and Mother Teresa – crunchy and tough, but with a delicate touch.
