There was only one staff member in the store, but she was using her phone. I had to call her two to three times before she noticed me. I ordered a cake and informed her how many candles I needed, but she just placed a box filled with candles on the counter for me to take myself. Bad customer service.

An Indian lady kept mia-ing. I was waiting for my Foodpanda order to be accepted for self-pickup and came to the store, but no one was there at all. The device kept ringing for 30-45 minutes straight. Then, I tried to place an order at another timing, but again, no one was at the outlet. (This has been my fourth time experiencing the same problem. I hope the boss sees this.) Please supervise your workers; maybe they are slacking. It can't be that they are on lunch break more than three times in one day, right? I had to cancel my order in the end. Lousy outlet.

Got the dozen mixed mini cupcakes, very disappointing and unsatisfying taste. It used to be so awesome, but now it's not worth the time & money. Luckily, there's no half star.

Absolutely blown away by Vivian's incredible customer service. It is extremely heartening to see businesses taking customer experience seriously. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I will definitely prioritise this outlet for future cake purchases! I would recommend anyone in a similar position to do the same. :)
