Disclaimer that this review is for an online order, rather than specific to this branch where I picked up the cakes. Buyers beware, the customer service for their online orders is terrible. I placed an order for Halloween design cupcakes, requesting 1 dozen vanilla base and 1 dozen chocolate base with the Halloween decoration. They happily confirmed this. However, when I picked up the order, it looked like all chocolate base. The online order person I spoke with on WhatsApp was immediately defensive, stating it's a special recipe that requires the cupcakes to be baked at a very high temperature, thus changing the color. If you look at the attached photo, it seems highly unlikely that a vanilla cupcake can turn dark brown/black unless cocoa or other coloring was added, or it's burnt. I didn't accept this explanation and asked if, in that case, I cannot visually tell the difference, how would the kids at the party know which to choose – vanilla or chocolate. The person on WhatsApp rudely replied, 'You can't tell, they have to just bite it and know.' If there is visually no difference between the vanilla and chocolate, then surely they should have labeled the cake boxes. I believe they didn't change the base to vanilla for 1 dozen and refused to admit to this oversight. I took the cupcakes and didn't even demand a refund; I just expected an honest response. I will not be ordering again, as there are many better places out there to order from.

Ordered a Red Velvet whole cake on Foodpanda for $20. It was disappointing as most of it was 'fake cream cheese' (didn't taste much like cream cheese, mostly gelatin I guess). The sponge cake was incredibly thin at the bottom. Just sad. Will never order again.

Ordered it a second time via Deliveroo and Foodpanda. Despite reminding the driver and restaurant to handle with care, this was the outcome. It was supposed to be for a friend's birthday. Packaging: a big no for delivery, and the cream is clearly melted.

Won't recommend. Like many comments, it feels the cake has been on display for too long. It's not tasty or fresh. Avoid to save yourself from food poisoning.
