Twelve Cupcakes has established itself as Singapore's premier cupcakery, co-founded by DJ Daniel Ong and actress Jamie Teo in 2011. This beloved bakery chain offers over 60 handcrafted cupcake flavours, from classic Red Velvet to uniquely Singaporean creations like Gula Melaka Pandan, all made fresh daily with premium ingredients.
The bakery features 12 signature "Everyday Flavours" alongside 50 rotating special varieties, with a new flavour launched monthly to keep the selection exciting. Popular items include the indulgent Oozy Choco Pearls cupcakes and their expanded range of honey cakes and brownies introduced in recent years.
With 35 outlets across Singapore, Twelve Cupcakes has perfected the art of creating cupcakes tailored to Asian preferences – less sweet than traditional Western versions while maintaining rich, satisfying flavours. Perfect for celebrations, gifts, or everyday treats, the bakery offers convenient online ordering with islandwide delivery, making it easy to bring joy through their delightful creations.

Not sure who upset this auntie... she had white short bob hair. I literally waited at the counter for her to finish her cupcakes. I told her I wanted a "dark chocolate chip cookie," and she screamed, "HUH?" Then she scolded me, saying there are so many chocolate chip cookies, which one. She didn't hear properly herself and then wanted to rage, lol. Helpful.

I bought two mini cakes for my friends' birthday celebrations. The sales assistant wasn't very patient or friendly at first, though she eventually ended my shopping experience on a sweet note. She was thoughtful and knows her products well.

Terrible experience. The elderly lady at the shop was very unpleasant. I purchased a cake voucher via Fave and wanted to redeem it at the shop. She took my phone, redeemed the voucher herself, and then claimed there was no QR code and no 'successful' confirmation. I showed her the tick mark, indicating success. She insisted otherwise. I told her the voucher had been redeemed. I explained she might be confusing it with FavePay, but I was using a Fave voucher. She seemed unfamiliar with the process, shouted, and yelled at me, using exclamations like 'WALAO' and scolding me as if it were my fault she didn't know the process. I asked why she was scolding me if she wasn't sure. She then said, 'AIYA, YOU GO LA, GO LA!' It was truly terrible. She chased me away without providing candles or a cake knife. If I hadn't already paid online for the Fave voucher, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
