I don't understand why the company needs to charge for plastic bags. I doubt it's due to sustainability, as their knives are still plastic. I have an eco bag, but your cake can't fit into it. Instead of charging for the bag, you should charge for the knife, because not everyone will use the knife, whereas nearly all of your customers need your bag to carry their cakes properly. It was a totally bad experience.

However, to charge for the sake of charging is what I don't get. How do you expect your customer to bring a bag big enough for your cake box, assuming we know the size of the box in the first place? This should be part of the package! Do you really expect your customer to hold the cake box and walk around? Yes, I can definitely afford that 10 cents, but I do not accept the justification for it.

Friendly staff shared that I can keep them at room temperature until the next day evening. Otherwise, I can keep them inside the chiller for 3 days. The cream was still intact until the next day. Overall, it's not too sweet either.
They come in nice packaging, so they're good for gifting.
