I dun understand why the company need to charge for plastic bag. I doubt it is due to sustainability

I don't understand why the company needs to charge for plastic bags. I doubt it's due to sustainability, as their knives are still plastic. I have an eco bag, but your cake can't fit into it. Instead of charging for the bag, you should charge for the knife, because not everyone will use the knife, whereas nearly all of your customers need your bag to carry their cakes properly. It was a totally bad experience.

The eggless crunchy hazelnut cake was bad and dry. It was also very sweet. The chocolate on top was not even crispy. It was the worst chocolate cake I have ever eaten!

The cake is ok but I do have an issue with the company charging 10 cents for the bag. If the charge

The cake is okay, but I do have an issue with the company charging 10 cents for the bag. If the charge is in the name of eco-sustainability, I understand. However, to charge for the sake of charging is what I don't get. How do you expect your customer to bring a bag big enough for your cake box, assuming we know the size of the box in the first place? This should be part of the package! Do you really expect your customer to hold the cake box and walk around? Yes, I can definitely afford that 10 cents, but I do not accept the justification for it.

More worth it to order 12 mini cupcakes instead of the 6 pieces.. 12 pieces selling for $23.60. Got

It's more worth it to order 12 mini cupcakes instead of 6 pieces. The 12 pieces are selling for $23.60. I got one flavour of each eventually. The cupcakes are moist. Friendly staff shared that I can keep them at room temperature until the next day evening. Otherwise, I can keep them inside the chiller for 3 days. The cream was still intact until the next day. Overall, it's not too sweet either. They come in nice packaging, so they're good for gifting. Fully satisfied my cupcake cravings!

Since the Compass One outlet closed, this is the closest shop to get Twelve Cupcakes. I visited on

Since the Compass One outlet closed, this is the closest shop to get Twelve Cupcakes. I visited on Friday, May 10th, and the auntie working there was incredibly kind and cheerful. My kids love their cupcakes; they aren't too sweet. Their favorites are the gummy bear and red velvet.

Twelve Cupcakes at Sengkang Grand Mall: A Sweet Treat with a Touch of Inconsistency (4/5 Stars) Rat

Twelve Cupcakes at Sengkang Grand Mall: A Sweet Treat with a Touch of Inconsistency (4/5 Stars) Rating Breakdown: • Food: 4/5 (Classic flavors are consistently good, while newer options can be hit-or-miss. Tiramisu cakes are a standout. Presentation is generally attractive, but frosting application can be uneven.) • Service: 5/5 (Susan's exceptional service made the experience truly memorable) • Value for Money: 4/5 (Pricing is in line with other premium cupcake shops) Overall: 4/5 Twelve Cupcakes at Sengkang Grand Mall offers a generally pleasant experience, though the quality can be inconsistent depending on the specific item and time of purchase. Classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate tend to be consistently well-received, while newer options may be more hit-or-miss. The presentation is usually attractive, but frosting application can sometimes be uneven. My recent order included two 4-inch tiramisu cakes, 12 mini cupcakes, and 6 regular cupcakes. The tiramisu cakes were particularly delicious, rich, and perfectly balanced. The mini and regular cupcakes were also delightful, offering a good variety of flavors. The service I received from Susan was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to separate the cakes and cupcakes into different bags and arranging them neatly in my paper bag. This attention to detail and excellent customer service significantly enhanced the overall experience. While the cupcake quality can vary, the outstanding service makes Twelve Cupcakes at Sengkang Grand Mall worth considering. The pricing is in line with other premium cupcake shops.
