Their cupcakes are nice, but the staff attitude at Northpoint was profoundly bad. I was standing at the counter waiting to order with no queue, while watching the staff finish her video call on the phone. She clearly knew we were waiting but continued her loud video call without giving a damn about customers. This is totally not helping the company's reputation, especially during this business crisis. Too bad for the company. This happened on 24/1/21 around 12:20 PM.

I placed a Grab order today for 2 boxes of 12pc mini cupcakes, but the delivery person only came with one box. The delivery person told me she had confirmed with the staff that it was 2 boxes, but she did not double-check and claimed it was the correct order. Very disappointing.
