Bought Thai milk tea to try and asked for less ice, but the amount of ice was still 3/4 full. The taste was normal, not very fragrant. Not recommended for the price paid, unless ordering without ice at all.

A pretty nice place for dessert after dinner. The Thai milk tea Shibuya toast is not too bad. I usually come here with two friends, and the portion is more than enough for us to share.

Location: NEX Date: 12 July 2025, 14:29:31 What happened: ➔ The cashier accused ME of "not pressing the 1-for-1 option" during the transaction (your system, your responsibility!). ➔ Then I was told, "there is nothing that we can do." ➔ Result: My wife had no lunch. Why this is unacceptable: ✅ Staff blamed the customer instead of solving the problem. ✅ Zero effort to correct their mistake (voiding/re-ringing? Manager override?). ✅ Dismissive service destroyed trust. Management: Train staff to handle errors and empower them to FIX ISSUES. "Nothing we can do" is lazy and loses customers. Avoid this location until they improve training.

The food was average — the chicken was a little too oily, and the tom yum didn’t quite meet expectations. Service could be improved; the staff member we approached wasn’t very friendly, and it seems others had similar experiences based on recent reviews. There’s definitely room for improvement in both taste and customer service. Won’t revisit. This review is based on my personal visit and experience on this particular day — others may have a different experience depending on timing and staff.

I'll be honest, this "beef" looks like pet food and has the texture of rubber. It's dry, chewy, and I'm not sure if it's actually meat. The service was slow, and it was hard to get the staff's attention. For the price you're paying, this is ridiculous.

Happened to see the limited promo period and purchased the Pad Thai and Basil Chicken with rice. 5 stars for the Pad Thai with good wok hei, but the 3 big prawns were tasteless. The Basil Chicken rice I would rather call it as Sambal Minced Chicken with rice. Shouldn't complain though, as the second main was only $1.

The green curry was so good—creamy, spicy, and super flavorful! The Shibuya toast was crispy outside, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweet. Loved the milk tea too, super smooth and not too sweet. It totally hit the spot!

Had a satisfying lunch at Tuk Tuk Cha (PLQ outlet)! We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was flavourful and well-portioned. The Thai Green Curry was rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice, while the Tomyum Chicken Karaage had a tangy kick that paired well with the crispy chicken. The Gai Yang was juicy and tender, and so tasty with the E-Sarn dipping sauce. For dessert, we shared the Thai Milk Tea Shibuya Toast. It was crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and indulgently sweet. The Thai Milk Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea were both smooth and refreshing. A great spot for a hearty and value-for-money Thai meal. Will definitely be back for more!

Just had my little Thai street food moment here. It was affordable, flavorful, and honestly? I'm kinda obsessed! I went for the TUK TUK SET – $10.9 Only at @payalebarquarter Main + drink = a whole vibe. Got 2 sets because why not? Green curry paired with a refreshing Thai milk tea — creamy, spicy, and so comforting. Tom yum chicken karaage rice bowl with Thai green oat milk tea — that perfect tangy kick + smooth, oat goodness. Plus, I had to add a side of gai yang with e-sarn sauce because protein is life, and it’s fire. And to top it off? Triple kaya dip golden toast for that sweet, buttery finish. I swear every bite was like a mini vacay to Thailand! Honestly? 10/10, would definitely go again — my new go-to post-workout refuel.

First time trying the food here. I ordered cashew nut chicken with rice and beef noodles. The food was tasty, and the portion size was just right. Ordering is done via kiosk, and your number will appear on the screen when it's ready for collection. There wasn't much interaction with the staff, but overall, it was all good. I'll come back to try other menu items.
