The only server at Cathay told us the beef gyudon was sold out and offered salmon as an exchange. However, he didn't specify it was salmon cutlet; we assumed he meant grilled salmon. He should have informed us it was salmon cutlet, as we would have cancelled our order. It turned out to be just a small salmon patty.

Went to order the beef curry, but didn't initially see the paper sign (it wasn't obvious with two large screens for customers to order). Placed the order and waited for about 15 minutes. The male staff seemed busy with a large delivery order. Went to the counter to ask roughly how long it would take, as we were in a bit of a rush. Before I could finish my sentence, the staff cut me off and said, "We don't have curry; I put it on a paper over there." His tone was rude and he seemed annoyed. He then added, "I can still do it, but please don't do it next time." I do take partial responsibility for not noticing the paper, but the ordering kiosk should show current availability, and the sign could be more obvious. I believe after placing the order, the staff can see in the kitchen, so I don't understand why he didn't inform me in the first place and let me wait for 15 minutes until I walked up to him. He said it would take another five minutes to get a meal, so we waited. However, we noticed he hadn't even started working on it and was still packing the delivery order. Went to the counter for the third time, and then he just started to make the meal. When placing the food on the plate, he clearly had an attitude by purposely making the food sound louder. While serving the karaage, his finger (without a glove) touched the chicken. Terrible experience.
