Terrible ethics for a durian store. I ordered durian puffs via Grab for Father's Day. The puffs turned out bad and sour, so my parents personally brought them back to the store. However, they were told a refund or exchange was not possible as the transaction was done via Grab. They also said a contact person would get in touch with me. No one has followed up since. Really terrible goods and service.

I will never try them again. The staff was nice and advised me on how to consume them, so that's a plus point for the service.

A very unethical and unprofessional company. I purchased the mini durian mooncakes from Takashimaya's Mid-Autumn Fair, and they were recalled by SFA due to high levels of bacteria. I went to the store to ask for a refund and found that they don't offer a full refund. Instead, they compensate based on how many mooncakes are left in the box. And now comes the worst part... the refund value? In Four Seasons Durian vouchers, of course. Not cash. After putting harmful products up for sale, this is the kind of service they provide to customers. Absolutely unbelievable; I will never purchase from this rubbish company again.

I ordered the 3D Mao Shan Wang Cake for my sister-in-law's birthday, and it was an absolute showstopper! Seriously, everyone in the family was genuinely wowed by how incredibly realistic the cake looked – from the vibrant green color to the individual "spikes," it was a true work of art. It definitely made for some memorable photos and a great talking point. My only piece of constructive (and slightly hilarious) feedback is regarding the durian stem. It looked remarkably like poo! It was half hilarious, half a bit off-putting, giving the impression the durian either just "pooed itself" or was "pooed on." As for the flavor, the durian cake itself was pleasant and had a mild durian taste. As a big durian lover, I personally would have preferred a stronger and more intense durian flavor to truly satisfy that craving. Overall, a fantastic cake for visual impact and a fun, unique birthday surprise.
