Had the crispy chicken combo for lunch. Not the best experience. The bun was literally tearing and falling off when I held the burger. Sad. The meal did not come with a chilli sachet. I guess you need to ask at the counter. I was going to order for take-away also but changed my mind. Staff was friendly. Spacious place, can hold about 40 pax. The deco was inviting. Tables have a nice texture. Chairs are movable and able to accommodate wheelchair diners.

Everything that could go wrong did. I will never be returning to this outlet. Food: Ordered the regular signature mix combo (soy, seaweed). One of the chicken pieces was spicy. The fries didn't seem like a lot (I might be nitpicking). The "lemon tea" turned out to be water (see photo); the drink machine didn't indicate it was water or to avoid taking the lemon tea. Service: The cashier seemed unsure, wasn't wearing their mask properly, and dropped paper cups onto the floor but then put them back into the dispensing pile. Atmosphere: Arrived around 7:20 pm, it was fairly crowded, and I managed to chope a seat. The problem is that seats are configured for 4 people. My table was 'cannibalised,' and I was asked if I could change seats to accommodate other customers. Side note: the rubbish bin was full of tin trays and leftovers and wasn't cleared until later.

I ate this for the first time today and want to give my honest feedback. Wow, the portion size is good, but the oil content... it's too, too, too oily! We also ordered cheese fries, which were the best. The rice was cold, and the chicken had a sweet taste, with nothing spicy about the food. The best way to eat this food is either hot or warm.

First time trying 4 Fingers, and I don't think it's very nice. It only filled my stomach. I ordered the Drumstick Rice Mix (Signature). The chicken was quite crispy, but the taste wasn't as I expected. The Soy Garlic tasted like plain soy sauce and was salty; the Hot flavour was slightly spicy and also salty. Overall, it's not my kind of place to eat. It reminds me of the fried chicken from a Korean stall in Sengkang, which is tastier and always draws me back there.

Crispy Korean chicken drumsticks and wings with spicy and garlic sauces. Both versions taste great! My only complaint is that the wings and drumlets are a tad small. The store is dim and not very lively, perhaps because it's tucked away at the corner of the mall. Service is a bit slow.
