Stupid queue system. You order noodles and drinks. You must collect noodles first, but they prepare the drinks and leave them there. You cannot collect the drinks first. The noodle preparation queue is so slow. By the time you get the drinks, they are already cold. Stupid management, and the staff are also another kind. They give you one look. None of them can think.

Ordered it on Grab, so I can only comment on the food. I ordered the drumstick with curry rice, which was absolutely horrible. The drumstick had so much flour, and the meat inside was completely tasteless. The curry seemed to have starch in it, which made the consistency thicker. The only things that were decent were the cabbage and the plain rice.

So upset and disappointed with this outlet. It seems like the workers there don't understand simple English. What's the point of having the 'instruction' section but not following it? I already stated no mushroom as I'm allergic to mushrooms, but they still put it in. Now I have to throw away the food as it's already mixed with the rest. Before this, I didn't know there were mushrooms in the food, so I put it aside. But hours after that, I had rashes all over. So it means putting it away was also pointless because it was already mixed together. Now I've wasted my money buying the food because I don't want the same thing to happen as previously. Please wake up and do your job right!

A very unpleasant experience!!!! The Vietnamese staff (emphasising Vietnamese not due to racism, but simply to point out the specific person) had an extremely bad attitude. We had already ordered our food and there was another customer behind us, yet she completely ignored our order. The problem is, there were only two customers in the entire shop. When I went to ask if our food was ready, she showed a very unhappy and hostile expression. I hold no prejudice against anyone, but the service attitude of this staff member was simply unacceptable. If the owner of this restaurant sees this, I truly hope you take some time to reflect on your staff’s behavior. I am genuinely very angry and disappointed.

We decided to have lunch at Encik Tan today and caught bad timing. Service was still pretty fast. We ordered Chicken Cutlet Rice and Fried Fish Rice. We preferred the Chicken Cutlet. The Fried Fish was nothing like the signboard photo. Environment-wise, it was a bit too busy for a peaceful meal.

Good with lots of curry sauce. The egg had a partially watery yolk. The drumstick was big but seemed to be made from frozen chicken, with a very crispy exterior. The drumstick set costs $6, and the chicken chop set costs $5.

The food is acceptable for the price. The noodles could have been cooked a little longer for dine-in. The fishball was nice, but the curry chicken was a bit stale. We spent $15 for two main dishes, without drinks. It's considered okay for in-mall food.

Ordered their Curry Chicken Cutlet Set at $5. The chicken cutlet was smaller than previous orders, and the taste was average. Overall, it was average food at an average price, good for a quick meal. Update: I was looking for a place to have a quick meal and decided to try this eatery again. This time, I tried their signature noodles, and it was surprisingly good. No wonder there was always a queue for the noodles. I am upgrading my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

The curry rice is nice, and the chicken cutlets are very crispy. The rice is always hot. The female staff member who wears glasses is very friendly! However, the noodles are so-so, and the fish ball soup doesn't even have a single piece of vegetable.
