Not very crowded on a Saturday morning. It was hot and humid inside the shop. Terrible service, I was in a rush and needed a quick bite. I got the kaya toast set; the toast was good, but I didn't eat the eggs. The set cost me $6.30.
The seasonings were all together, and the ones with labels were the soy sauces. So I assumed the eggs were meant to be eaten with white pepper and soy sauce only. I took what I thought was "white pepper" and added a lot to my eggs, but it turned out to be extremely salty. When I asked the staff what was in the condiment, they said it was salt. I pointed out that it wasn't labelled at all, which made my eggs inedible. All they did was laugh and say it was my fault. There was no label, and they were placed together, yet they claimed it was my fault. They then said if I wanted to change the eggs, they would charge me $2.40. Terrible service.
*I separated the white pepper and salt after this incident.

The kopi-o was too sweet for me, even at a normal sugar level. The curry puff wasn't as great as I expected after hearing reviews about how good it was.
Service was prompt and fast.
For some reason, it was a quiet afternoon, even though other places were pretty busy and noisy.

Your outlet in City Square has very weak Wi-Fi, why? Is it costly to have a modem with a router? It only costs about $60 to create Wi-Fi for customers. Place a 'Wi-Fi friendly' sticker and see for yourself how many customers will come. You decide, you can have 10 using it or hundreds using it per day. It doesn't cost you 5 cents, but many customers will come, have drinks and light snacks, and your business will grow. Learn to adapt the concept, don't think the old-fashioned way about utility bills, that's rubbish. Please wake up, it's the year 2025, not the 1900s.

A very chill and affordable place. The chain store lives up to its name very well. It offers a huge variety of snacks and many different coffee and tea options, essentially local flavours. In some ways, it's more comfortable than a traditional kopitiam due to its locations, being air-conditioned and very well-furnished.

A nice, decent place for a tea break. Tried their original tart with milk tea. Their egg tarts are fresh and well-baked. Personally, I still prefer the traditional crust. The milk tea is aromatic and not too sweet. As a set, the price is reasonable. Staff are friendly. Worth a try.

Sylvia Tan, known as Ang Lay Kheng, had a tart & curry chicken puff. The puff was big and value for money. The tart was milky. The kopi O kosong was hot.
