Today 12pm Staff who make coffee not well trained.. 2nd time purchase from this male staff..
First
Today at 12pm, the staff member making coffee was not well-trained. This is the second time I've purchased from this male staff member. The first time, I requested warm coffee. He put ice first, then sugar, then coffee, and then stirred. The second time, I requested kopi o ice, but it ended up as kopi o kosong. Speechless.

Donkey and I were at Suntec, waiting for a movie at Golden Village, and he decided to grab a tart from Kopi & Tarts because he knows I love their tarts, especially their egg tarts. We were excited to try them again!
Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed this time. The quality of the egg tart had definitely dropped compared to our previous experience. While we remember the previous egg tarts being flavorful and delicious, this time the tart lacked that distinct flavor we loved.
On top of that, the service we received wasn't as warm as we remembered. It felt a little impersonal and lacking that friendly touch.
While the ambiance is cozy, the disappointing egg tart experience and the less-than-stellar service made us hesitant to return. I didn't get to try their coffee or tea this time, so I can't comment on that, but the overall experience left me feeling a little let down.
We're giving Kopi & Tarts a 3-star rating based on our experience with the egg tart and service. While the atmosphere is nice, the decline in quality is a concern. Hopefully, they can improve their food quality and service, as their tarts used to be a highlight.

I usually enjoy my visits to Kopi & Tarts, especially on Saturdays when it’s bustling but still pleasant, with quick service and consistent food quality. However, my recent visit on a quiet Wednesday morning was a bit disappointing.
I ordered my usual T1 set (from $6.30) for breakfast, but this time, the bread was sliced so thinly it fell apart when I picked it up (2 videos attached). I understand that slicing bread into two thin pieces might be the norm in some places, but this felt below the usual standard I’ve come to expect.
To be fair, if I had asked, I’m quite confident the staff would have offered a replacement in good faith. Unfortunately, I had a meeting soon after and didn’t have the time to request one.
Overall, the dining environment remains pleasant; it’s a good place for quick catch-ups or solo meals even during busy periods. I just hope this was a one-off and standards stay consistent regardless of the day or crowd size.

Weekday mornings see a perpetual queue of 5-10 customers, as it's located near the MRT entrance to Suntec Tower 4.
Coffee was above average, as were the prices. The Kopi O kosong was robust, and the gula melaka coffee did not disappoint.
Scrambled eggs were served in a generous portion. However, the toasts were burnt quite a bit, and the half-boiled eggs were undercooked and watery.
The apple crumble tart was very buttery and not too sweet.
Service was slow and inefficient. We weren't given a receipt, an item was missing, and staff didn't bother to check the tray of food taken by the wrong pager customer.
The environment was noisy due to the open concept but clean. An uncle staff member used a spray (Good) while wiping tables.

Ordered a truffle chicken mushroom pie and I felt like I was just eating the crusts. The fillings were disappointing for the price. Kopi O was just normal.

I feel their local coffee (kopi) is the best tasting in Singapore as of now. Their signature egg tart is normally tasty. This time I chose the chocolate egg tart. The service attitude was not bad. Suitable for a break while shopping, over tea or coffee. I'm also interested in their kaya toast and would like to try it next time.

There's a customer service staff who can communicate with sign language. This greatly helps deaf customers to order quickly. The atmosphere is very spacious and relaxing. Regarding the food, there are always new tarts, like the new quiche. I particularly enjoy the chicken ham and cheese tart. People should definitely try it!

Got this set at $3.50, absolute value for money in this vicinity. The tarts are freshly made with a nice buttery crust and tasty, fragrant filling. I was here around Saturday 6pm, and it wasn't too crowded with comfortable seating.

Located just outside Promenade MRT in Suntec City.
I usually see this place quite packed but tried it in the evening around 4:30 PM when there were still some empty tables.
I tried their egg tart set and chose the gula Melaka Kopi.
I usually have Kopi C. This was a slightly sweeter version of that, which I quite liked.
I took the regular egg tart, which was served at the right temperature. The good part was it didn’t crumble easily and was quite good.

Breakfast delivery was great; it arrived on time, came in presentable boxes, and tasted good. The chicken and curry puffs weren't hot, but I expected that as it was a delivery. I also ordered a carton of Kopi O and Teh O. I recommend ordering them with no sugar and adding your own, because even the 'less sweet' option is quite sweet, haha.
