Stopped by for afternoon tea. The milk tea tasted okay, and the sweetness was just right when ordered at the regular level. As for the apple crumble tart, the crust was a miss. It was more like bits of crust sprinkled all over and lacked the taste, crunchiness, and cohesiveness expected for an apple crumble crust (like in a pie). The apple filling was alright. I would suggest that instead of a crumble crust, a simple layer of buttery dough on top would be better.

Visited your outlet for drinks as your products are worth buying. I was surprised when I ordered from this lady; she seemed unhappy to serve customers. She banged the cover of the ice container, I guess. All her actions made customers disappointed and unhappy. This experience doesn't deserve any stars. This lady was so rude to customers and didn't even seem sorry for her rudeness! Totally disrespectful. I have been to your other branches, and all staff there were kind. I'm usually a fan of their coffee and pastries. However, I had a really bad experience ordering coffee to go. My takeaway cups were leaking coffee as I walked around the mall and into my car. It was a very frustrating experience trying to clean the inside of my car, and I only spilled further as I drove.

This morning at 9:30 am, the apple crumble and mushroom pie seemed like leftovers from last night. The pie dough was not flaky and was compact. The apple filling was dry and black in colour. This is not my first time eating here; it's usually good. I hope the quality of the food can be improved, especially considering the stall's opening hours. At least the kopi and tea are still good because they are freshly brewed.

I bought a box of 6 Combi Egg Tarts, all packed into a paper box. I then asked for an extra small PVC plastic tart box, but was told I'd have to pay 10c for it, despite already paying close to $15 for the tarts. I wasn't too impressed with the lady staff, a middle-aged woman who seemed to be the supervisor as she was giving instructions to the staff serving me. She was pretty rude and lacked a sense of good customer service.
The tarts were alright, but nothing fantastic like some of the comments here. There are better tarts elsewhere.
Unlikely I'll be going back again unless my kids crave them. Otherwise, adios... Kopi and Tarts.

The curry chicken came pre-packed. The server microwaved it to thaw, then cut the packet and poured it into a bowl. It was then returned to the microwave to heat up until very hot.
