I experienced poor service, and what truly bothered me was the lack of cleanliness. I actually saw a server brush food onto the floor right next to a seated customer without cleaning it afterward. I found that quite gross. I urge the owner to prioritize and improve their hygiene; they shouldn't wait for health incidents to occur before taking action.

A convenient location to satisfy prata cravings or a brekkie after a workout. Located within Safra Jurong, this is a spacious joint with both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned seating. I ordered coin prata and teh alia for breakfast. The coin prata is quite reasonable and not as oily compared to other prata chains. The teh alia, however, was not strong enough for my liking. It's self-service for curry and utensils. Digital and Fave pay are accepted, and Safra members get a discount.

The food is not bad and the counter staff are always friendly. However, I rate the atmosphere poorly because they persistently lack cutlery. This problem could be easily fixed by getting more ready before starting the day. The staff here seem passive in terms of cleaning up and topping up supplies.

The food could be improved, especially the biryani rice. The drinks were good, and the barley limau was particularly nice.

Ordered the kambing soup at SGD 6.00. It was probably not their strong dish, as it was salty and dilute. It did come with bread, though. I encountered an issue when trying to use my SAFRA member discount and cash voucher. They also stated that SAFRA points cannot be earned when using a cash voucher. This outlet was quite out of the way for me, and I probably wouldn't visit again unless there's a promotion. No additional service charge.

What I like most is that you can top up the curry, as shown in the video. If you're vegetarian, you can request the staff for more dhal, which I did. It was a very satisfying meal indeed, although the plates and cutlery were not cleared promptly. The table wasn't cleaned either when I was there for dinner; I had to clean it myself. Anyway, please improve on the cleanliness! Thank you.

Nice environment, yummy food and friendly staff. Had been having weekly breakfast here. ππ»New layout
Nice environment, yummy food, and friendly staff. I've been having weekly breakfast here. The new layout has smaller sofas and tables, but more seats for dining. However, you must have patience. A few times they've messed up my order. It took me 30 minutes to get my Prata, and my drinks were already very cold.

A very nice atmosphere, whether outdoors or indoors with air conditioning, to enjoy my favourite pratas and Teh Tarik. The pratas are crispy on the outside and soft inside β amazing! The service is good, especially from the staff member, Mani. He is always smiling and has a good attitude. Safra Jurong is a good place for members to enjoy the sports facilities and round it up with a good prata session with friends.

Springleaf Prata Place at SAFRA Jurong provides a convenient self-service station for fish and chick
Springleaf Prata Place at SAFRA Jurong offers a convenient self-service station for fish and chicken curry near the counter, which is great for customers. The prata is also notably light on oil, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. While the prata might not be exceptional, it is still enjoyable. It's worth noting that SAFRA members are entitled to discounts at the restaurant. However, there seems to be a lapse in staff diligence as they may overlook inquiring about SAFRA membership during payment, potentially causing members to miss out on discounts. Encouraging staff to ask about SAFRA membership during payment would ensure all eligible customers benefit from this privilege. Overall, Springleaf Prata Place at SAFRA Jurong provides a satisfactory dining experience with delicious prata and convenient curry options. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in enhancing staff awareness of member discounts.
