This was the worst experience I've ever had with this restaurant. I ordered a chicken kebab, but what I received was closer to a veggie kebab with a few pathetic scraps of chicken thrown in. The portion size was laughable, and for the price, it's an absolute scam. It's insulting to think they expect customers to be satisfied with this disaster of a meal. I feel completely ripped off. This is unacceptable, and I expect compensation for this poor excuse of an order. Fix your standards or lose loyal customers for good.

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but after the experience I had here, I feel obligated to share.
I was already having a horrible morning at work, and by lunchtime, I decided to grab some food here.
Firstly, the waiting time was incredibly long; I stood waiting for my turn for about 10 minutes. I ordered the quesadilla, but specifically requested it without cheese. This might sound fine, but the reason I did so was because they have restrictions on not offering certain vegetables. I had ordered a burrito before and still didn't get the vegetables I wanted. Despite that, I still didn't get the vegetables I wanted with the quesadilla. It's a confusing concept.
One staff member in particular, a Malay guy (the shorter, fatter one), asked his colleague who ordered this without cheese, looked at me, and laughed to his friend. I understand it might be counterintuitive to order something without cheese. However, this guy needs to learn to be more discreet when making comments. It was so obvious, and God knows how much I had to collect myself just to avoid confronting him, as I really didn't want to cause a scene. I just wanted my food.
To top it off, their cashless payment machine was glitched/not working by the time it was my turn, and I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to restart it. A shocking experience. I guess I'll be sticking to Subway.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order of chicken kebabs. The portion size was shockingly small, far less than what I've received in the past. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable and feels like a rip-off. The taste was decent, but the quantity left me frustrated and unsatisfied. If this is the new standard, I won't be ordering again. It's a shame to see a decline in both value and quality. I expect better from this establishment and urge them to reconsider their portion sizes if they want to keep loyal customers.
