Almost 90% of the time, I'm unable to order pickup for the chicken burrito on Grab/Foodpanda, even during off-peak periods (2pm-4pm weekdays). I can understand if the staff turn off the option during peak periods, but they should enable it again during non-peak times.

Ordered the chicken bowl at around 11:20 am today. After finishing the food at home, I was shocked to see a dead cockroach between the cover of the bowl and the sticker on top. It's unacceptable hygiene, even though the cockroach wasn't in the food itself but on the cover of the plastic bowl container!

The female Muslim staff with a tudung and glasses at the cashier was very rude. She assumed the customer would use Mastercard to make payment and proceeded to print the receipt. When questioned, she was very rude and unhappy. Even worse, she dared to speak badly about the customer, in front of them, in another language. This was very insulting, rude, unethical, and totally unacceptable for frontline staff. So this is how the staff represent the brand, Stuff'd.

I ordered a daily bowl via Grab. The portion of veggies is so little, almost less than half of what is given if I order from the stall directly. Why is the delivery portion so small? Shouldn't there be a standard portion?

The staff informed me that chicken was unavailable, so I opted for salmon instead. However, the portion size was extremely disappointing. After mixing the ingredients, I found only five small pieces of salmon, and the bowl was overwhelmed with excessive sauce. It felt like the staff added too much sauce just to meet the minimum weight requirement, leaving very little actual food. At $8.80, this daily bowl is far from worth it. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

The staff here are more friendly and cheerful. The Chinese aunty is also better now. Perhaps it's because the environment and employees are much better than in the past. The portion sizes are also much bigger than at other places I buy from, and the price is cheaper. ♥️♥️ Happy service, happy food, and happy life!

I'll only queue here when there are fewer or no crowds. I ordered the daily bowl with all vegetables and chose my preferred toppings, opting for chicken as my protein. Overall, it was delicious, and I think I'll go for less sauce next time.

I'm a regular, and the portion I got today was huge! Filled to the brim. ☺️ The quality is quite consistent, but the portion really depends on the person scooping. Their chicken is the best! Charred and flavorful taste! I enjoyed the current selection for sides - lemak quinoa, teriyaki eggplant, and carrots!
