Located inside Tampines One food court, I tried the Sabai Set 2 priced at $10.80 nett. For a main and two side options, the value is definitely there. The Pad Thai was decent but nothing outstanding – a little dry and not spicy, though the portion was very generous. The flavors leaned on the basic side. On the other hand, the Tom Yam soup was surprisingly good. I was expecting a light, plain portion since it came as a side, but it was actually quite hearty with a satisfying serving size. This makes me want to try their Tom Yam noodle next time. The Thai milk tea was mild and not overly sweet, pleasant enough for those who prefer a lighter taste. Waiting time was about 10 minutes, which is understandable since they had a steady stream of orders during peak meal hours. Overall, a good value-for-money option if you’re craving Thai food in the mall.

The worst Thai food and drink I've ever had. How is it even possible for Thai milk tea to taste terrible? And the Pad Thai was so orange and super salty. I was also charged the price of two set meals for one set meal plus one Pad Thai. The cashier couldn't speak and understand well, so I didn't bother to argue.

This is the WORST Thai-style Honey Chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life. There is no tangible chicken meat in the dish; it's just a mess of fried batter. The honey sauce is simply poured over, making the rice wet and soggy.

I ordered the green curry chicken fried rice, but unfortunately the rice had a strong, unpleasant smell, suggesting it wasn't fresh. I politely asked the staff to replace it with a freshly cooked portion, but they refused and insisted that they always use fresh rice. They also declined to check the dish when I pointed out the obvious smell.

Not worth $7.90 and an 8-minute waiting time. 1) The honey chicken was so rubbery and tough to chew. 2) The lettuce portion was missing from my meal. Overall, the meal was very dry and unsatisfying.

Really good Thai food served here. They recently obtained their Halal certification as well. Their Thai Basil chicken rice was really good – opt for the set with a choice of drink and side. It's worth the money. The minced chicken was juicy, flavourful, and slightly salty, just the way it should be. I also ordered Pad Thai, and it tasted good too! The portion size was good as well. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

The pineapple fried rice and Tom Yum fried rice (ordered by my colleague) were so good! I'm not sure why they have such low ratings. The add-on of $4 for one bowl of Tom Yum soup and four spring rolls ($2.80 just for the Tom Yum soup) is a good idea for solo diners. The cashew chicken rice was only alright.
