So many people, and for a cafe with cafe prices. I was surprised that there were no charging points. The menu is also super small. Had to zoom in on the camera to read it.

I was waiting for my bus to Malaysia and needed a place with free WiFi to do some work. There were very few plug points here, but the WiFi was relatively stable. I was told that there were two CBTL outlets in VivoCity, and I happened to be directed to this one. I enjoyed the pancake and eggs, which we don't get at home. Service was poor as they were horribly understaffed, and tables were not cleared, with customers having to bring their trays to the counter. I shall find the other CBTL next time.

Everything is great, and the food is scrumptious. However, there is one auntie with short hair who has a bad attitude. She came and disturbed me while I was doing my online exam, with a mean attitude. I don't really care, as I spend my money here and did not get the service I should have. Otherwise, please tell the auntie she is just so bad. The other workers are so good and kind.

Quality-wise, it is acceptable, with a great variety of desserts and drinks. However, they kicked us out after only one hour of our stay. If this is a rule within Coffee Bean, please advise us through a set of general rules or a note on our receipt. We were asked to leave in the least hospitable way. The auntie who asked us to leave sounded firm with an unkind tone. It ruined our whole meeting.

Fairly quiet on a public holiday. The breakfast set for 2 was below average. The scrambled eggs were rubbery, the two mini croissants tasted meh, and the side salad was unremarkable. The overnight oats were decent. The hot drink inclusive in the set cannot be changed. The Hazelnut Americano served in paper cups tasted worse than long kang water. We were dining in, so why no proper coffee mugs? Do not waste your calories on this.

I had an excellent experience with Arif at the Harbourfront Centre Coffee Bean outlet today. He provided top-notch service with a smile and a polite demeanor. I ordered the Matcha Strawberry, and when he initially said it was sold out, he double-checked for me. To my surprise, he found that they had enough stock, and he was transparent about it. His honesty really impressed me! More places should have staff like him. The atmosphere was lovely too. Well done, Arif, keep up the great work!

Still standard. I like this Coffee Bean outlet because almost every seat has a power point, which is great for using a laptop to work and enjoy coffee at the same time. The air conditioning is cold. Usually, in the very morning, some shopping malls don't have their AC on, so this outlet is great. The food is alright. I usually have the salmon and egg benedict set (I forget the exact name). I ask the staff to fully cook the salmon as I don't eat raw salmon. As for the eggs, I ask them to make scrambled eggs. I normally top up $2 for two small sausages. The drink is free before 11 am for only black hot coffee or tea. I add $2.50 for steamed milk but without foam. Wahla! Almost every morning I dine in. Get their member card for some promotion perks. Too bad they don't have an app; it's quite inconvenient to pull out cards from my wallet when just a phone works wonders. Coffee Bean, I wish you would improve on this :) Enjoy your outdoor work!

It's a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. This long-standing outlet is situated on Level 2 of Harbourfront Centre, just a few steps away from the ferry departure gate. Drinks were served rather quickly. When we asked for our drinks to be made with less sweetness, they turned out to be absolutely not sweet, which was great. The seating area can accommodate approximately 50 people.
