Dearest Swee Heng, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment.
We bought a ready-made cake for a special birthday celebration, and unfortunately, when we sliced it, we discovered a hair inside. It was embedded in the cake itself, although it came off when we removed the slice. This was quite unpleasant and disappointing, especially considering the occasion when the birthday boy was expecting his birthday cake!!!!

I purchased two Egg Mayo Prawn bagels as a gift for my two friends. However, the cashier put both in one large plastic bag. I requested they change it to two small plastic bags, as I was giving them to two different people. They refused and wanted me to pay for an extra plastic bag. I suggested I could buy one first, then buy another one, which would still get me two plastic bags. She said I could do that, but I would still need to pay extra. I was very angry because her attitude was not good, and she was inflexible. I ended up not taking any plastic bag because I will not buy from this stall anymore, even though their bread tastes good. The bread is expensive, but as long as it's nice, I don't mind. However, I cannot stand people with attitude problems or rudeness. In the end, I gave the bagels to my friends without plastic bags. I will ban this shop and will not patronise it anymore

Bought the chocolate cake (Black Forest, I think?) and the yam with Hokkaido cream cake. $4.80 each.
I feel like the yam one was more worth it, with the filling being more substantial; there are pieces of yam in it. The choc cake was nicely decorated, but taste-wise, it's really just cream which tastes rather flat compared to other brands. Will not buy the choc cake again.
Breads-wise, it's more expensive than Swee Heng, but the ingredients for it seem quite generous for now. Bought the pumpkin mochi bread ($2 plus?), which was quite enjoyable!

So nice, with very decadent selections compared to its usual outlets. Went there today around 2:30 pm. The cashier was meticulous in packing to ensure the nuts and toppings didn't drop. Spent around $20 and was surprised with a free sample bread pack.
