If I could rate this 0, I would. The staff literally said, 'I have orders to do, so I won't serve you.' Initially, the lady there just said she was busy and didn't even think twice to ask what anyone at the front wanted to order. A random lady beside me and I wanted to buy just one item to try, but I'm glad we both decided otherwise. The lady was a tornado of emotions and made no sense. I'm guessing this place just hired anyone who wanted a job. Not saying that's wrong or they can't, but at least train your staff to handle people in front of your actual store. It's not like we were trying to buy your entire inventory, seriously, lol.

If there was an option for zero stars, I'd give it! We bought the Dark Chocolate Praline to celebrate a birthday and it was stale. The absolute worst cake we've had in a long time - dry sponge, horrendous quality chocolate that tastes like vegetable shortening. Please take some pride in your work. Absolutely atrocious!

Came here on Mother's Day to redeem a cake from Fave. There was only one staff member with a tattoo on her arm who assisted me. I showed her the Fave voucher and told her I wanted to redeem it. She raised her voice and said, "Redeem what?!" I was so shocked by her attitude that I answered back, "I am showing it to you, can't you read? That's your promotion, shouldn't you know better?!" Then she asked what cake I wanted, took it out from the fridge, and just gave it to me. I took it and left. I've never experienced such service before. People buy cake for a special occasion and a celebration, and surely if you buy here, it will spoil your day! Furthermore, I've never bought a cake before without being shown the cake first before it's put in the box, without letting your customer see that it's the correct cake and that it's in good shape. Extremely poor customer service!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered a dark chocolate cake for my helper's birthday via Foodpanda, but the cake was sour and foul! I tried calling the branch, but there was no answer. WhatsApping them also seemed unresponsive, with no one bothering to call us back regarding this serious matter of food safety! I've decided to report this to the Singapore Food Agency, and let the authorities deal with this company directly. I hope they are heavily penalized for the sake of public food safety! If any of my family members get sick tomorrow, I will not let your company off easily.
