The food is really nice. It suits my taste and I love it, but the place is VERY HOT. I don't understand why there's no air conditioning. What is so difficult for a restaurant to just fix its aircons? Mosquitoes and other insects are flying in, and it's, once again, very hot.

Please don't try the bak mi... it's not worth it. I recommend going to Kulon for a better bak mi!!! The kakak was okay though. Her service was great, just not the food.

Tried the Bobmi stall for the first time! Yet, it was disappointing. Not enough seasoning to begin with. The meat to noodle ratio could be better. I bought the sambal geprek, but it was bland. Taste is subjective, so 🤷♂️

Service is truly bad. No one is manning the counter! We rang the bell, but no one came to take our order. Look at the wash basin, think thrice before you visit! The food hygiene level will be questionable, right?

Ordered from Yassin Kampung stall. The dry chili chicken meat was very tough and the sauce was too sweet. The black pepper beef was overcooked and very tough as well. The food did not seem fresh. The lemongrass drink had no flavour, and the Thai milk tea tasted like pure sugar. Very disappointed, it spoiled our lunch.

Tried out the satay and sarang burung prata at Lepak One Corner. Both were good. Will come back for the satay and Indian food there.

Looked like a good hangout spot, especially when with friends who need halal food options. The food was okay; the shell out could have had better portion sizes, but nothing to be mad about. The Kunefe is a must-try!

Everything was good. Excellent, though the lamb chop was a bit salty. But overall, five stars. Thank you. On another day (22 March 2025), we came for our break fast during Ramadan with a total of 18 people. Food and drinks were average. We also had a birthday celebration. The staff were friendly and helpful (Din and Su). Overall, we will surely dine/takeaway again. Food etc. could be better, Mr. Chef.

Every dish I tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and comforting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I particularly loved their signature dishes—they truly stand out and leave a lasting impression. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. For anyone looking for wholesome, delicious, and authentic Malay cuisine, Kampung Yassin Food is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Superb service and nice food. We arrived at 11:30 am on Sunday, and more diners came in after 1 pm. A washing basin for hands is also available. The toilets and diaper changing room are very near. Bidets are available on every toilet bowl, which is the best and cleanest way to clean yourself.
