I ordered the prime sirloin, chicken teriyaki, and mushroom soup. The mushroom soup took 30 minutes to arrive, followed by my steak. The chicken teriyaki took around 40-45 minutes to arrive. I ordered a medium-rare steak but was given a medium-well instead, so I had it sent back to the kitchen. When I finally got my correct order, the steak was undercooked on some sides, especially the fatty corners. I was very disappointed because this was not the first occasion that I had to send food back at this restaurant. The previous time, it was the fiery chicken that was overcooked, and I sent it back to the kitchen only to get one that was undercooked. On both occasions, the staff apologized and offered to get me a new plate the second time, but I refused them as I was already hungry and halfway through my meal.

Mango drink tastes like it came out of a tetra pak.
The only thing that was slightly better this time was the mac and cheese. Last time it was super watery (banned for 6 months), and this time it was back to normal.
Picture is just from Google, don't bother.

Had our lunch at Andes by Astons @ Changi Terminal 1. We both had the Prime Rib Eye and I ordered the Xtracut. I was surprised that the Xtracut looked no different from the normal Prime Rib Eye, except for an extra small "lump" of meat. I would appreciate it if the menu indicated the size of the cut in weight, like most usual steak houses, so consumers can have a better idea of the steak's portion. The steak was tender but not flavorful. The mash potato gravy was rather bland, and the mash potato tasted like the instant type you get from supermarkets. The portion of mushroom soup is "strictly" for a single serving and the taste is rather bland as well. However, the garlic bread portion is plentiful. Overall, it was just an average meal. It was also great to see that they do employ seniors.

The meat was tender and juicy, with the lemon sauce making it even better. The portion size was acceptable. The sides were delicious, except for the broccoli, which was slightly undercooked. However, the service was disappointing. Our prepared drinks were left unattended for over 10 minutes, and everyone seemed to avoid the bar counter for some reason.
