Today I went here for breakfast. This was my first and last time. The staff member (an older man) was very rude. I have never experienced such bad service at any restaurant before. If he cannot serve customers better, he should consider other options. It's very bad to treat people so poorly and spoil the early morning mood.

The quality of the food could be better. My laksa tasted sweet, and my toast was burnt on one side while barely toasted on the other.

Bought a toast set. During the 30-minute wait, only the drink and toast were ready. I asked about the eggs, and they said another 15 minutes! I ended up changing to other bread again as I couldn't wait 45 minutes for two eggs. It was as if there were a lot of people there... The next table said they waited 10 minutes for two drinks... I guess they were luckier than me.

My wife and I have ordered delivery many times, and they often forget to pack the sauces that complement the chee cheong fun and soon kueh. This current delivery was the same. What's the point of selling these items when the basic sauces are not included for delivery?

My review is based on my personal experience here on 27 Oct. The beef brisket was great, and the Muslim staff member with the headscarf was very accommodating. I accidentally selected 'takeaway' on the kiosk. Perhaps seeing me settle down with all my belongings on the table, she instinctively double-checked if I truly wanted takeaway or to dine in. Her situational awareness saved us all a lot of hassle.

Not sure why there are so many poor ratings here. We tried their beef noodle ($9.90 signature one), coffee, and ice Thai milk tea, and we were impressed by the big portion of beef in the noodle. The Thai milk tea and coffee were good too. Food was prepared quite fast. The only thing lacking, in my opinion, is the service. Staff are busy preparing food, so they are not at the counter much. It's best if orders are placed via the order machines.
