I was there on January 10th at 1 PM. Beside the cashier, there were three other counter staff. So, it was a lot of staff for a counter takeaway. But sadly, they couldn't manage. There were only three of us in the queue, with one returned guest complaining about her takeaway and insisting on a refund.
Firstly, the cashier seemed lost in thought. I had to repeat my order three times.
I ordered the set with fish. Thankfully, I paid attention to my box. Before they closed it, I noticed there was no fish and had to highlight this to the "packer." One packer just pointed to another packer to put in the fish. Once it was packed, they just left my box in front of them, and I had to ask if it was done. Robots operate better than this.
After paying $7.10 with additional long beans, my box looked pathetic.
Seriously, those three counter staff behaved like a factory line when all they needed was one person to pack the box and put it into a plastic bag for me to takeaway. They were waiting for each other to complete their station roles.
It's just a box of Nasi lemak, how complicated can it be? All you need is one efficient staff to complete this task. 🤦♀️

Stupid auntie I said more cucumber she gave me no cucumber instead. I had t go all the way bck t the
The auntie was unhelpful. I asked for more cucumber, but she gave me none instead. I had to go all the way back to the store to ask for it. This was okay, but the worse part was when I asked for more cucumber again, she just gave me four tiny pieces and not even an apology. What kind of staff attitude is this?! Hopefully, I'll see much more improvement from her!

The sambal only came with a small spoon. When we asked for a bit more sambal, we were told we needed to pay. Please, your prices are not cheap, and you still want us to pay for more sambal?
