I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the staff on duty. My wife and I were browsing through your display counter at around 7 PM today and placed an order. The young male staff member who took our order was very rude, asking in a harsh tone, "YES ORDER? WHAT FLAVOR CHOCOLATE OR STRAWBERRY?!" without looking at us. He was also talking amongst the other staff. This was an unpleasant and rude experience for us. Midway through my order, he went to the back without saying welcome, thank you, or offering a smile. The only male staff member asked us as though we owed him something. Please look into this matter seriously, as customers, we pay for your product, and a simple smile can make a difference. He was the only guy working with the other two ladies. Thank you. Attached is our proof of purchase.

I really liked the baked chocolate cheese tarts(the choc filling specifically).Choc filling is nice
I really liked the baked chocolate cheese tarts, especially the chocolate filling. While the chocolate filling is nice, the crust was not buttery and had a damp texture, lacking crunch. This is something I feel could be improved. I will try buying at another outlet to see how the tart tastes. If the crust texture is the same, without crunch, I will not purchase again.

To be honest, I used to find Kazo desserts not too sweet and full of flavour. However, today, on 14 May 2025, I bought the tarts. The taro tart filling felt too light and lacked much taro flavour. The hazelnut tart and lemon tart were way too sweet and not very appetising. I clearly remember that the lemon tart used to be less sweet, which is why I bought it again. But today's over-sweetness, and I could even taste the coarse sugar bits in the meringue, means I won't buy it again in the future.

Bought their cheese and chocolate tarts. Disappointed to say both tasted stale and hard, as if they had been left in the fridge for several days. The taste is also not as nice and fragrant as what I had before. Definitely not worth paying over $3 each.

Had this when it first opened, and the polo bun was thick and nice. Now it is damn thick. Fillings are still generous, but it doesn't seem as satisfying as a thin and fluffy one.

Tried the Hokkaido cream puff and really enjoyed it! The Hokkaido cream filling is rich and sweet (might be too sweet for some), and the pastry is slightly crunchy and sweet as well.

Love the Kazu Kazu and cream puff. As someone who doesn't usually like cream or cakes, their fillings are really tasty and not too sweet. My favourite is the original Hokkaido flavour cream. Chocolate is nice too, and matcha is my last choice. The seasonal flavour burnt caramel is also nice. A box of 6 Kazu Kazu for $20 is the best deal. The puffs are nice too, but I prefer Kazu Kazu.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the polo bun! Why is it so nice that I'm now addicted to it? Today was my fourth time buying it this week! Your joyful staff never fail to make me happy with the filling. I love watching them work as a team! Kudos!
