KAZO POLO (GOLDEN LAVA)
I found it quite difficult to eat, perhaps I don't know the technique. However, the cream to bread ratio was good – not too little cream or too much bread.
The cream tasted as expected, but I felt the price was too high for it.
I probably won't buy this product from this store again. Perhaps another product?

Bought the taro tarts on Tuesday, 15 March, at Taka. Reached home in less than an hour. I even asked for double bags so the tarts could remain cool during the journey home. Stored them in the fridge and ate them on 17 March. They had turned sour! I messaged them, but they didn't even bother to follow up!

Very impressed with the taste of the tarts! We ordered the MSW puffs and the cheese tarts, and they were all hits, except for the chocolate one, which we found to be too stale and dry. It was our first time trying them, and despite being delivered via Foodpanda, they tasted fresh when we consumed them 2 hours later.

Tasty! The sign says Taiwan style, and Taiwan is known for terrific breads. I recommend trying a few options. I was pleasantly surprised by the zest and strength of the lemon in the lemon croissants, but the star was the Hokkaido Cream Polo, with its crispy crust and luscious cream.

AMAZING cheese tart!!! I remember seeing this store in the basement of a mall in Taiwan, but didn't give it much thought. When I came across this store in Chinatown, what caught my eye wasn't the cream puffs, but really this cheese tart. The crust was crumbly and satisfying, and the filling tasted like a creamier, denser version of Bake's, with almost twice the filling-to-crust ratio. I have yet to try other items, but I will definitely be back for more!
