A typical fast food place. The food is nothing impressive, but it works if you're looking for a quick bite. Service is a little on the slow side; we had to wait quite a bit despite there not being much of a queue.

Ordered food delivery through a food app on 10/12/2024. I understand it was quite late at night, around 10 PM, and the store was closing at 11 PM. However, that doesn't mean a meal can simply be missed. I called KFC Jurong Point to inquire about a missing item. The manager picked up and said he would get back to me regarding this mishap. Less than 10 seconds later, he ended the call. This was a truly upsetting experience. If you are unable to explain what happened, at least have the decency to apologize. As service staff, when a customer asks a question about a meal, you should do your best to answer, not just say something and hang up. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. I had to escalate to the delivery app instead, even though it wasn't their fault. KFC, please teach your staff basic service etiquette, especially managers. If you're in a higher position, you were promoted for a reason. I am not writing this review to be contacted or reimbursed. This is simply to let this branch know to step up their service.

The Twister was no longer served in a box, but instead in aluminium foil. It was so hot that I had to use a fork and knife. The paper from the foil was stuck on the food.

I bought an 8-piece meal and requested if it was possible to avoid wings and drumsticks. One of the female staff members rudely told me that the writing indicated it must be a mix. I replied that the machine did not indicate this, otherwise I would not have purchased it. Then, the assistant manager, by the name of H., came over and said it was written. I stated that it was not written on the machine either. I requested a refund and asked how it would be handled if I ordered 4 sets of 2-piece chicken. I reasoned that I could request any parts I wanted then, so why couldn't I for an 8-piece bucket, especially when it wasn't even a promotional item? I told him if it couldn't be done, to please write it there. He mumbled and replied rudely, as though he were a gangster. Is this how KFC trains its staff?? Seriously, a few stores down is Jollibee, and their staff's service level is so much better. No wonder they have more customers.

It’s officially back. Just had my first bite of KFC’s ondeh ondeh egg tart and we’re officially obsessed — soft, wobbly pandan custard, a light flaky crust, molten gula melaka at the bottom, topped off with bits of shredded coconut flakes.

KFC Mofusand plushie launch day. The queue for the plushie ended around 9:30 am when the staff announced they had run out of queue tickets due to the queue length. I reached there five minutes earlier and was one of the last to get one. It took 3 hours from queuing to getting my food with the plushie. The staff managed the queue well this round, as most people were seated before 11 am. The cereal chicken was quite okay, though most customers weren't really there for the food, and the restaurant was probably only a quarter full during lunch.

During my visit on Christmas Eve morning, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff at the front counter were friendly. There was ample seating space, and a hand wash area with soap was available on site.
