Long waiting time, and the staff were rude. A food delivery person was also helping the staff by being rude and disrespectful to others, even using vulgarities. Not recommended if you're eating at this KFC. Other KFC outlets have friendlier staff and shorter waiting times.

The food was good and piping hot. I tried the limited edition lychee/strawberry snacks. However, there weren't any staff around. They left our food there without calling our number or anything. We waited for a good 30 minutes with zero customers in the store until we decided to ask about it, only to realise there were no staff and our food was just left at the counter.

The server immediately gave food to a lady who ordered at the counter, even though there was a long queue of people who ordered earlier and were still waiting. This felt like discrimination.

The quality of the chicken really needs to be looked at. I ordered the Spicy Dippers, and they came cold, to such an extent that they were hard like stone. I requested for the counter to change them for a new one. The Zinger burger chicken patty is also very pathetic. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be looked into as well, with an oily floor and dirty tables.

I am very disappointed with the service I just received at KFC Bugis Junction. Staff member Faiez informed us that burgers were not available, but we then saw that customers who came after us — who were local Singaporeans — were served burgers without issue. This gave us the impression of unfair and discriminatory treatment towards us as Indian customers. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the values of a global brand like KFC. I request that this matter be investigated seriously, that appropriate action be taken, and that all customers are treated equally and fairly regardless of their background.

Came here to try the Satay Chicken. It's been a while since I've been to any KFC. Everything felt so familiar, I immediately felt at home. The tables weren't spotlessly clean, probably due to leftover food debris and water from the previous customer, but it was no biggie. Ordering was smooth, and collection was fast. I sat down to try out the new satay crunch fried chicken! Amazing! It was perfectly seasoned, and the satay sauce was thick. This is just KFC showing off what they can do with the right herbs.

Decided to eat KFC and landed myself at the Bugis outlet. I must say, it's still finger-lickin' good! Had the 3-piece spicy meal. Also ordered the Zinger Stacker, and this is a must-try. It has two chicken fillets with cheese added. It's wonderful to eat, and I always like to have my 3-piece meal spicy. Delicious and good to eat at KFC.

Seamless transaction via the self-service kiosk. The place is nicely renovated and has very cosy seats. Food was prepared efficiently without delay. Amazing customer service, with prompt assistance to requests.

I'm honestly quite surprised this location has such a low rating. The staff were really sweet and caring, and the environment was pretty clean! Overall, I would eat here with my friends every time we go to Bugis. If I lived nearby, it would be a daily routine, lol.
