Absolutely terrible food quality and portions. The chicken from the chicken and waffles was half(!) the size of a burger patty, and the waffles were burnt so badly that I had difficulty even cutting the charcoal-black mess. Do not recommend this outlet at all.

I ordered a 3-piece meal with whipped potato and cheese fries, and a Minute Maid orange today at 6:29 PM for takeaway. However, when I reached home, I realized my cheese fries were not packed and given to me. I tried calling the hotline, but the line was continuously engaged.

Came here to film an IG reel. The place was a little cramped for filming, but the job was done! Apart from that, the food was good, and I made some acquaintances from the acting industry.

I noticed the table was dirty, and she just used her hand to swipe it away towards me. She also swiped it onto the floor outside. A few months ago, when my family and I ate there previously, she didn't believe we threw our own things away and kept watching when my dad disposed of them.

The food and overall service were good, except for one worker with the name tag "Ali". My friend was standing beside a table, and he proceeded to push her back, causing her to stumble forward. He then went on to shoo us away. Please note that not a single word was exchanged between us, and we have no idea what made him so aggressive. Is this kind of customer service acceptable? Other than this incident, the other workers were efficient, and we received our order quickly.

The BBQ Cheese Popsicle is just okay; try the mala one instead (even though it's also average). The cheese fries are KFC's best invention. ETC Burger is called the extra tasty crispy burger but failed to live up to its name. It's not crispy! You can give it a pass, though. The bun isn't bad. Ghost pepper dunked wings are incredibly spicy. I'm not sure what the cheese sauce adds to the overall taste profile; it seems useless and unnecessary.

I could not redeem the Shopee vouchers using the machine and was guided to do so using the KFC app on my phone. After updating a few times, the receipt still showed 'dine-in' despite me choosing 'take-away'. I asked for a plastic bag, and it was a nice gesture that the counter service crew assisted me with packing. I was given two cups to refill my drink, and after refilling, I decided to eat the cheese fries first before proceeding. Another counter crew member with short hair came to me with the drinks carrier. I laughed and told her that I really appreciated the gesture, as I thought she would give me a disgusted look for dining in despite asking for take-away. I explained that I had a long day standing as I had just finished a full day baking class and my back was in pain. The cheese and mayonnaise in the cheese fries were generous. It tasted exactly like 20 years ago. Some places have miserable portions and the spring onions are almost non-existent. There was not much crowd when I was dining, and I liked how the music was adjusted to a just-right volume. Nonetheless, as there is a screen showing the order numbers, it would be nice if the crew did not keep shouting them.

I'm glad the standard at KFC has been consistent. I always order the crispy chicken as I prefer the crispy skin and spice. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are polite. Both the drumstick and thigh meat were served piping hot, as was the mashed potato.
