Visited KFC Causeway Point on 30 August 2025 and ordered a Popcorn Chicken Snacker. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
I waited around 10–15 minutes for my order (which I didn’t mind as the fries were still cooking), but when I got home, I discovered that the sauce was wrong. I had requested BBQ sauce but was given Flaming Hot Sauce instead.
While waiting, I also noticed at least two other customers having issues with missing or incorrect sauces. This suggests that more care is needed at the counter when preparing orders.
The bigger shock was the serving size of the Popcorn Chicken. For $3.95, the portion was extremely small compared to expectations. Unless this is the standard serving, it felt as if I was just given whatever was left near closing time, as if the chef didn't bother to fry more popcorn chicken for me.

Visited on July 12th, around 5 pm. The lady manager on duty was helpful and friendly when a customer encountered an issue with voucher redemption in the KFC app.
Food-wise, it's just average. Nothing to wow about.

Slow food restaurant, a 40-minute wait. They cooked fast, but the service team is slow. I saw the burger sitting on the tray for 20 minutes. The burger was cold, but the fries were hot. The box was damaged, even though I was dining in, not taking away. They closed some tables, and I'm not sure why, as it was only 7 pm. Oh, and the Zinger burger has definitely become smaller in size.

For the entire duration of my visit, she was shouting vulgarities at an alleged newcomer staff member. Other patrons were silently judging her as well. One aunty beside me even complained to the cashier, asking if the manager was "so angry?". I never knew KFC would stoop to such staff standards, blatantly abusing an employee in broad daylight. I am beyond disgusted!

I've been coming to this branch of KFC for a while now, and the service has always been consistently good. The staff are polite, accommodating, and they always greet customers with a smile. Even during peak hours, the line moves quickly and my order is always accurate. You can tell the team is well-trained and works efficiently together.
The food quality is exactly what you'd expect—hot, fresh, and satisfying every time. I especially love their chicken sandwich and fries combo. The place is also kept clean, including the tables and restrooms, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quick and reliable meal.

This is a strange craving. By rights, after blood donation, I should eat healthier food like vegetable soup, but I turned to KFC and felt so satisfied after eating! I guess this is life – enjoy while contributing to society.
Well, for the rest of the day, I do have a large amount of soup and veggies to get my iron back. KFC remains my top choice in Singapore. I like the Malay style, quite dry chicken.
