Is this $12 chicken portion really this small? Was it because I was taking it away that the size was so small? I noticed that customers dining in were served larger portions.

Service was a little slow. It took 20 minutes for my order during lunchtime. I tried the Double Down Zinger, which was quite filling. The fries were just okay. The kiosk never informed me that no receipt would be issued. Whichever kiosk I went to at KFC, there was always no receipt. I had to take a picture of the order number as a reminder. Imagine forgetting to take a picture; you'd have to wait forever because the order doesn't even appear on the screen sometimes.

Happy National Day to me, I guess. What a pathetic size chicken. I requested a crispy thigh and an original piece, and this is what I got. The cashier wasn't attentive to my presence; I had to greet them to get their attention. If the staff wasn't busy chatting with each other, this wouldn't have happened. Plaza Singapura outlet, around 14:30. I'm fuming if my food order is wrong.

Ordered the new Ultimate Smokey Burger and it was one of the worst burgers I have ever had. The amount of sauce they added to the burger was almost non-existent. The patty was cold, and so was the cheese. The best part about the burger was the bacon, and even that wasn't good. The burger could have had more sauce, more lettuce, and the patty should have been at least warm, preferably warm enough to melt the cheese. Aside from the poor burger, the rest of the food is alright.

It was International Burger Day on 28 May 2025, and KFC was supposedly giving away 500 burger vouchers. However, they implemented a 'kiap' game where you had to 'kiap' capsules, and they said capsules were a sure win. People were concerned they might leave empty-handed. Luckily, staff still gave you a voucher even if you dropped the capsule. I noticed the staff lady at the machine was very professional and friendly, and she was trying to create a festive environment. But at one point, I saw a woman pleading with her to change her voucher from a breakfast one to the smoky one, and she allowed it. I felt this was very unfair to others. I think the bulk majority of people, including myself, were given the miserable breakfast voucher instead of the smoky one. After about 20 odd people had gone through, it was clear the crowd was too overwhelming, and they gave us an option to take the voucher directly. As I walked down the queue, I noted it had reached Burger King. Shortly later, I noticed the queue was dispersed, and people arriving were rejected from queueing anymore. Something was really wrong here, and I believed it was not possible that all 500 cards had been given out. I believed mall security probably stopped the queue from forming as it disrupted other stores. Part of the condition of the deal was to show that you had installed the app. I was not happy with the app. After a forced update in late May 2024, my account could no longer log in. I had to set up a new account. Then later, KFC emailed saying I could recreate my old account again. This incident caused my May birthday voucher to disappear. In May 2025, my birthday voucher still did not reappear. I wrote emails twice to KFC, but they ignored me even after a week. Looks like I would cut down my consumption of KFC in Singapore. This review section seems to contain many fake good reviews.

Stumbled upon KFC’s International Burger Day event at Plaza Singapura and was pleasantly surprised! I got to try the Ultimate Smokey Burger as part of their giveaway — a great treat. The staff handled the large crowd impressively, staying professional and efficient throughout. The overall atmosphere was positive, and it looked like everyone enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to visiting KFC again.

I love this particular branch because their staff is always accommodating, and I feel at ease knowing the store is clean. Their service is always quick, and the food is served hot and fresh. It's hard not to be tempted to grab an order every time I pass by! Haha I can't get enough of their chicken; we ordered every kind, haha, from fried chicken (which NEVER disappoints!) to the tenders and the Zinger meal. I didn't expect the Zinger to be this good. Perhaps there's something special in the quality, or maybe it's the freshness of the chicken used. Lastly, the whipped potato was a good touch, and the staff recommended I try the egg tart. I really appreciate how thoughtful and patient the staff were with me as I chose a dessert. Thank you so much for the warm smiles and fast food preparation!

I had a really pleasant experience during my last visit. The staff here were impressive, even when there was a big event and the place got packed. They are super friendly and always quick to help. I received my order fast, and they even suggested the best deals on the menu. I really appreciate that there were no long waits and the place is always clean. You can tell they genuinely care about ensuring everyone has a good experience. And of course, the food hits the spot every time. The chicken is always crispy and full of flavor, and the whipped potato is so creamy and tasty—it’s honestly hard to skip. I even want to order again as I'm writing this review! When I’m just walking by, it’s tough not to stop in because the food’s always fresh and satisfying. I think the manager already recognizes me, lol. Definitely one of those places I keep coming back to...

KFC serves the best chicken! All I can say is the menu is just fantastic! The food turnaround is quick, and the kiosk is on-point. The crew and the manager were very accommodating whenever I asked for something, especially an extra plate for their gravy! Oh, so good! The location and atmosphere are awesome. I often come here whenever I crave burgers or chicken! Thank you and kudos for being the best, guys! Love it!
