The food is okay, and the place is okay. The cashier staff, Shannon, has a bad attitude. She wasn't just rude; when we stood in front of the cashier, she didn't bother to ask if we were queuing to order. She only told us we had to state we were ordering. Then why were we standing at the cashier? When we made requests while ordering, it was a 'no' for everything; she wasn't flexible. Rude staff, bad attitude.

I ordered a mix of Crispy & Spicy and Original Recipe chicken, but they only gave me Original! When I asked for an exchange, the staff didn't even fix it—they just ignored me! On top of that, they missed my tenders completely! What's the point of ordering if they can't get it right? No apology, no effort to correct it. A waste of money and time! I'll never be ordering from this location again.

Very poor experience at KFC Bishan Junction 8. I ordered my meal at 8:54 PM and had to wait until 9:37 PM—over 40 minutes—just for a single meal. While waiting, I observed multiple instances of poor service and mismanagement. Another customer with order #8980 ordered at around 8:30 PM and waited over an hour, only to find out that her ordered item was unavailable. No staff informed her of this until she asked again, after which she had no choice but to take whatever was available as she was too hungry by then. Another customer who ordered popcorn chicken also waited 30 minutes, only to realize—after clarifying—that the item was unavailable. Had he not asked, he might have kept waiting indefinitely, similar to the lady who waited an hour for nothing. To make matters worse, Grab delivery riders were stuck waiting excessively at the counter. The store was already struggling to fulfill in-store orders but continued accepting Grab orders, worsening delays for both customers and riders. This affects the riders’ earnings as they spend excessive time waiting for a single order. Extremely poor store management and terrible service. The staff showed no accountability in keeping customers informed. KFC needs to urgently address this store’s inefficiencies before more customers face the same frustration.

5-star service from Miss April. I bought a digital deal from Shopee and had some trouble using it. The expiry was today, 31st Dec 2024. Miss April patiently helped me with the redemption despite the restaurant being busy. Her service standard is superb, and I think KFC is fortunate to have staff who care for their customers.

The BBQ pockett tasted good, 4/5. Generally, their chicken seems to be freshly done (hot) and it's crispy!!! Service and atmosphere, 2/5. Came at around 7:30 PM on a Friday evening and tables/seats weren't clean. There was a long wait of 25 minutes for food for 2 pax. Despite the poor service, I would come back again for such hot and crispy chicken because not every KFC outlet is good.
