I had dinner with my friends at Bedok Pepper Lunch. The part-timer, Jovan, was very nice and explained to us how to order the food. However, the place was SUPER HOT, as if the air conditioning wasn't on. So, I went to the cashier to buy a drink. I believe it was a manager, wearing a grey uniform, who I spoke to. I gave him some feedback: 'Your air conditioning seems like it's not on.' He just replied that it is on. The way he responded made it seem like he was accustomed to the situation and couldn't do anything. Hello, I'm not eating at a coffee shop; I'm eating in a mall restaurant. Overall, I feel the part-timer did a better job than the manager.

Side dishes still have to be self-collected. Pepper rice is served to your table. The mashed potato portion was small, and the gravy had a strange herbal smell, not like usual mashed potatoes. The pepper rice was fine.
